第一次來這裡，之前好多食評都話服務差，但見食物幾吸引，於是估起勇氣一試。 首先環境好 chill ，白色主題好新淨，又可以坐出面室外，但會比較嘈。 侍應好友善，態度好好，好energetic。 食物好有水準，食材好新鮮，份量好多。 我哋叫咗一碟和牛鵝肝漢堡，同蟹肉沙律。 鵝肝煎得好香，和牛好juicy， 蟹肉同蔬菜好新鮮，同生果味道配合得好好。 我自己叫咗一杯blueberry milkshake，味道好fresh，口感texture 不像一美式餐廳用奶粉開出嚟嗰啲咁thick。 最後餐廳環境都幾闊落，可以係假期親子帶小朋友一齊同家人聚餐， 我會介紹畀我朋友去呢間餐廳。

The attitude of the restaurant manager was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Hong Kong. We were there with a dog, according to the manager, dogs are not allowed even in the outdoor area, so I left my dog at least 30m away from the outdoor area of the restaurant. So close to the end of our lunch, my dog started barking, then the manager came and said someone complained and told us the restrain the dog, but immediately went back and turned up the volume of the music, then later even came and said they wouldn’t accept us in the restaurant next time. Which is extremely rudeespecially when my dog wasn’t even inside the restaurant.
The staff was just unfriendly and impolite .We arrived at 12:30 for lunch and the restaurant was 90% empty. My friend and I were offered to sit next to the entrance and we requested to sit inside instead, we were then arranged to sit next to a big group of 10 ppl, with many kids. We suggested to sit to another quieter table with 3 seats but the staff told us that since that table is for 3 but not 2. We were speechless. We spent more than 300 pax for lunch and we expected better service to be honest.
This place made me feel like I took a mini vacation out of Hong Kong. The restaurant is under Castello group so the food is good and meets the standard. Lunch set on weekdays are reasonably priced, around $138 with threecourse, including salad bar, main and dessert; there are choices of pasta, fish and steak on the set lunch menu to choose from. I went there on a weekday and it was not too crowded very relaxing and the waiters provided good service in general. They also have an alfresco area and free 3 hours parking! How cool is that! Definitely coming back.
Adhoc coming over for lunch on Sat after picking my stuff from ex company which also kicks off my new journey ahead! The king prawn salad is great with a refreshing passion fruit mojito! The veal cutlet is soso and we would definitely try their pasta and pizza next time!! If you would like to spend a relaxing afternoon, here is one of the best choices!
