Wanna try HoiHoi Pancake House for a long time! Finally dated my bestie to try it tonight. Queuing outside the restaurant for around 25 minutes, finally we could order our dinner and try the Soufflé Pancakes!Egg Benedict $108 Egg yolks were silky and smooth. Hollandase sauce could be more sour and sweet. Texture and temperature of the spliced bread could be softer and hotter. I love the crispy and hot french fries, wellseasoned and crunchy! Portion was just right for sharing! Creme Brûlée Soufflé Pancake $98 Love this pancake! This pancake was not the Soufflé pancake that I expected. Not airy and light. I would describe the pancake here as dense hotcake that was rich in egg flavour. Creme brûlée was sweet and the sauce was so creamy. The whole combination was spot on! Highly recommended!Hojicha Latte (Iced) $37 The first few taste were super sweet, but after swirling it well, the latte tasted good! I could taste a bit hojicha power and it was quite special. I love the idea of using paper straw which is more environmentalfriendly! Matcha Latte (Iced) $35 Similarly, a bit too sweet at the beginning. Rich in Matcha powder!

復活節數天假期, 又不能到外地旅遊, 只能留港消費. 跟妹妹計劃如何打發時間, 最後選在MEGA BOX ~ 食行買玩. 食午餐, 行姨媽傢俬, 買家品, 玩入面的玩具. 妹妹建議先到這家PANCAKE店午餐. 無奈, 12點來到已經客滿, 我們就要在門外排隊等候. 等了半小時, 才可入座. 餐湯先上 是洋蔥湯. 没有奶類的湯, 可放心給小米飲用. 但是湯匙有污漬, 要仔細抹乾淨. 法式蒜香醬素菜意粉 素菜可能很健康. 可是法式蒜香醬味道不夠濃郁,在拌勻所有食材後, 也嚐不到蒜香味. 烤籚荀香菇雞腿肉卷配薯菜伴燒汁 肉卷很整齊, 雞腿肉在肉質上是無得輸. 薯條灑有香料, 外脆內軟, 自己喜歡這口感! 煙肉PIZZA 此店主打PANCAKE, 無奈小米想食PIZZA. 餅底硬崛崛, 而且餅底有油分, 以手取食, 手指有油光. 這PIZZA, 還是留給小米獨吞吧! 和風水牛城雞翼 炸雞翼一碟. 因為剛炸起, 雞翼骨之間的關節仍然柔軟, 容易以餐刀來起出雞骨. 士多啤梨梳乎厘班戟 在PANCAKE LIST之中, 覺得士多啤梨較健康. 直到PANCAKE上枱, 原來真身很邪惡. PANCAKE上面有好多CREAM呀! 先把没有沾到CREAM的PANCAKE分給小米, 再分一點點給小妹妹, 然後就是我倆享用了. 軟綿綿又厚身的PANCAKE, 內裡結構似紙包蛋糕. 即是那些年, 屋村樓下那種冰室茶餐廳的紙包蛋糕口感, 充滿著空氣, 即係輕飄飄, 食完等於没有食過. 個人覺得 : 這個梳乎厘班戟 = 扁身的紙包蛋糕 是小時候的味蕾記憶. 小妹妹只知道是甜的食物囉! 咖啡 無糖無奶的黑啡本來是最健康的. 但看到PANCAKE有很多的CREAM CREAM, 就忍不住把CREAM放在黑啡裡! 有了CREAM CREAM, 咖啡馬上變得幼滑, 有奶香. 埋單4百4 , 噢!! 向姨媽傢俬出發!
又有日本pancake 店做過江龍！今次係來自名古屋的【HoiHoi Pancake House】餐廳位於九龍灣megaBox內。
疫情下，午餐時段不少餐廳都不用排隊，反而這一家【HoiHoi Pancake House】一到中午12點就開始有人排隊，筆者今日只是遲了少少，就已經排到第三張枱，幸好筆者只是兩個人，而且餐廳大部份枱都是細枱，所以筆者只等了10分鐘就可以入去。
到了1點人龍已經非常長，疫情下一大奇景！午餐4款，包飲品及湯，$68~98。
價錢跟主餐牌差不多，只是比主餐牌食品多了飲品及湯。
【照燒夏威夷風漢堡蛋飯 $88】太陽蛋有金黃色蛋黃、雪白的蛋白，上面唧上蛋黃醬，再灑上葱粒，賣相吸引！太陽蛋中的蛋黃是流心的，切開後蛋黃流出；伴漢堡及飯一起吃，令食物濕潤而且有蛋香，正！午餐有這個洋蔥湯。
用有耳仔杯盛器十分方便，洋蔥湯內有大量洋蔥，味道不太搶喉，不錯。

【楓糖忌廉梳乎厘班戟 $98】這個 Pancake 有三件，表面上放滿如雲般的楓糖及大大團幼滑忌廉。
Pancake沒有想像般厚身，但賣相尚吸引。
班戟鬆軟，入口富蛋香，但空氣感不足。
幸好配上楓糖和幼滑忌廉，味道都吸引。
一開始經過MegaBox都唔知原來開左呢個位😂睇睇營業時間平日都係會收比較早（大約67點）所以當有一日收早就出發去呢間名古屋出嚟嘅PanCake😁當日都幾順利，但發現原來佢不單只出品PanCake的，有機會也要試埋佢個Set Lunch🙆🏻♀️款式都幾多元化！PanCake鬆軟，入口即溶，就好似食緊棉花糖咁👍🏻比個like佢😽加上咸忌廉的確唔錯👍🏻一度中和返個甜度另外order左炸薯條🍟幼薯條是我杯茶☕️不過忘了拍照🤫下次都有機會再去試其他味道的PanCake
又一間日本過江龍Pancake2月尾登陸香港Megabox，去之前滿懷期待，但試完覺得🤣小小失望。
今次專登去九龍灣試，好彩唔使排隊就有得入去坐低，結果原味疏附厘 pancake：食落冇咩蛋香味，只食到甜味，好一般，呢個價錢相比其他pancake都好過佢好多，所以寧願食其他好過。
Cheese burger都一般，啲肉好硬，食落去冇咩味道，淨係得薯條好味啲🤔所以，試一次就夠了，亦都唔值得排隊等。
