With so many cold pressed juices in Hong Kong, Beauty and the Juice is a new kid on the block. They are originally from Kwun Tong and now have expanded to a tiny take away shop in Causeway Bay. I tried a few times after work but it seemed to be during their lunch time. So, here's a tip. Don't go between 4 5 PM. It's their lunch time.Finally, I found they were opened so I decided to get a drink. Their shop is very small and clearly only for take away. A fridge with bottles of juice. The juices are categorized greens, beauty, boost and tonic and all are listed with a simple letter and a number. Ingredients are listed in English and Chinese but on the bottle, it's in English only.I ended up getting the B5 ($39 for a 360 mL bottle). This included beetroot, romaine lettuce, cucumber, apple and carrot. Not much sedimentation was found as this was very clear juice. It had a strong beetroot taste and I quite liked it. However, like the other companies, they didn't really list the nutritional content and calorie count along with the why this is good for you. Not very helpful, in my opinion. However, for $39 for a 360 mL bottle, this was the biggest bottle of cold pressed juice in Hong Kong and I guess fairly good value for money. They also are the only company that use glass bottles. The glass was fairly thick and it made the drink heavy. Apparently, they have a recycle program where if you bring back the bottles, you'll get $1 back. This is the first cold pressed juice company to promote recycling! Impressive!Good tasting juice with a environmentally friendly outlook. The only thing is they don't describe their product as much as the other companies. But I will be back.

有很多人都說，去個旅行比自己休息一下，但其實計我話，去旅行分分鐘仲累過無去旅行。
皆因人人都本著唔好蝕底的心態，務求早機去、晚機返，用最早時間起身趕行程、每日最少計劃三、四個景點、臨訓前再望一下明天的路線圖。
所以經過上星期的日本之旅，回來了一個星期後，身心仍然處於疲憊不堪的局面，返工三魂唔見七魄，但朋友又嚷著出來聚聚見面，交收手信。
剛好這天經過餐廳門口，見到一大幅海報印有斷食淨飲的淨腸計劃，一日飲八支果汁，可重新刺激身體器官細胞激發功能，達至從內而外的健康美。
飲品更標榜100%天然、不含糖份或水溝稀。
講到甘神奇，不過齋飲唔食野從來不是吃貨的風格，還是乖乖地買一支當清清腸胃就算吧。
飲品分有四大派別，分別是為腸道健康的Greens、美顏抗氧化的Beauty、排毒健身的Boost和改善皮膚煥發神采的Tonics。
每款均有三款飲品提供，每支都蘊含多種蔬菜和果汁混合而成的營份。
不過凍飲始終對女生的子宮不好，幸好餐廳提供飲品坐暖服務，適合不好凍飲的人士，這個冬天便變得不太冷了。
Seasonal Special ($42)向員工告訴我的需求後，員工二話不說就介紹我這支Seasonal Special ($42)，由瑪卡粉、青瓜、檸檬和梨混合而成。
瑪卡粉還是第一次聽，員工解釋它是秘魯人主食之一，含有澱粉質、豐富蛋白質、鐵和鈣，可調節內分泌，對抗骨質疏鬆，抗疲勞等作用，正正適合現值疲勞過虛的自己。
入口帶有丁點辛辣口感，大概是瑪卡粉的作用，但辛辣感覺愈飲愈消失，相對味道方面也挺易入口，基本上喝到檸檬清新的酸香和青瓜的蔬菜味。
試問喝完是否真的消除疲勞，當然沒有啦，只是內心好過一點兒，自我感覺良好吧。
B8 ($39)同行的友人則點了女人最重視的美顏產品B8。
由木瓜、青瓜、蘋果、檸檬混合而成，色澤橙紅，入口以木瓜味見鮮，後有蘋果果香滲出，反而檸檬的酸性較薄弱，偶然咬到微微果肉，感覺真材實料，未喝完都感覺皮膚抗氧能力提升不少(說到底也是自我安慰)。
