嚟過幾次,不過都係同唔同fd嚟,而且差唔多次次都係食SHABU SHABU,今次同兩個fd決定試下佢地其他野。

嗰晚食咗:1. 五合目海鮮沙律 — $78 OK, but not great. 但佢地個沙律入面啲刺身都OK新鮮。

2. 壽司(見到廳咭寫住8折):瀨尿蝦壽司 — $38一客 叫咗三件瀨尿蝦好鮮味,師傅加咗汁,唔使點豉油都好味,又抵食又好味。

三文魚壽司 — $38一客 又叫咗三件好新鮮,好大舊魚,正!帶子壽司 — $68一客 又係三件都好新鮮,好味。

甜蝦壽司 — $68 叫咗一客OK, 不過不失蛋壽司 — $28 叫咗兩客嘩,呢個蛋壽司厲害,可以話我喺香港食過最好味嘅蛋壽司!鐘意食蛋壽司嘅朋友真係要試下。

3. 間八(白身魚)薄切 — $98 經理推介,白身魚嘅一種,咬落有啲啲靱,幾得意,師傅仲加咗少少海膽喺上味吊味。

推介!4. 串燒 — 牛肋粒串 $32 好有咬口,味好濃,都幾好味,如果你食到濃味嘅話。

5. 燒和羊架 — $128 唔係普通羊,的係鹿兒島嘅和羊,香港好少有得食,唔「騷」,係燒得熟咗少少。

6. 芝士軟殼蟹卷 — $88 呢個好味,軟殼蟹炸咗同芝士都好香,賣相都幾靚。

7. 蓮藕豚肉匣 — $68經理介紹,話係新菜式,蓮藕夾住豬肉一齊炸,都幾香口,不過好似好熱氣。

好在最後經理送咗幾個青檸sherbet俾我地fresh下。

總括叫咗咁多樣野,都唔錯,價錢亦唔貴,埋單總共$705,每人$235。

第一次之經驗務必一定要睇第二次之經驗. 因為太差(請往下看)第一次去係12月頭, 因為想食shabu shabu, 所以上openrice搵到呢間舖. 當日係星期六book咗7:30, 只有三枱人. 心諗間餐廳係咪真係okay架. 當晚我哋三人食咗以下食物:1) 間八魚sushi x 2 (staff推介) 好好味! 所以叫咗兩碟2) 溫泉蛋 好味3) 牛舌串燒 一般4) 冬菇串燒 一般5) 澳洲和牛shabu shabu 好味6) 無限追加霜降牛+三文魚sushi 牛較肥, 三文魚okay7) 無限追加sake 正8) 服務 好好三個人埋單$1,500由於印象好好, 所以同另外一班朋友嚟多次.第二次之經驗book咗星期五8:00pm, 差不多full house. 朋友共六人到齊後開始落order. 1) 想叫三個shabu shabu, staff 話枱太細, 三個煱好迫. 咁我地叫兩個煱, 一個澳洲和牛同美國肉眼. staff話冇美國肉眼, 我哋只好order兩個澳洲和牛.2) 想叫無限sake追加 ($68/person), staff話唔夠sake. 冇得叫, 但係可以比個優惠價$68/person無限啤酒追加.請問呢個都算係優惠????? 而friday既sake會唔夠貨?? unbelievable!!!!!!!! 3) 叫咗追加霜降牛+三文魚sushi 等咗半個鍾都冇野嚟....問staff佢話嚟緊. 終於三文魚嚟勒, 六個人只有六片. 食完十分鍾後終於再嚟第二碟, 又係得六片. 經過40分鐘後, 終於幫我地SET個爐, 第一碟澳洲和牛嚟, 但係未有shabu shabu sause, 十分鍾都未有, 因為太肚餓, 唯有照食牛, 食晒成碟牛之後終於有sause! 會唔會耐得濟 ????? 加茶, 加湯勁慢, 要吹好多次. 個staff仲叫我地唔好打擾佢思維. 服務態度勁差. 仲話今日太多人, 唔夠人. 但係成間餐廳只有9張枱, 可以有幾多人???追加霜降牛又肥到頂胃. 想加烏冬又話冇晒!!! 我仲聽到隔離枱都係吹好多次先有野食. 最好笑係, 食到10:35pm, staff同我地講話有個壞消息要同我地講, last order 係10:30pm已經過咗. 咩態度??REALLY WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Was in the mood of having shabu shabu on a Friday night.Started browsing on Openrice.....came across 勝手 and 五合目 (both which we have never been before).Tried calling 勝手 on Friday morning and they told me that we had to be placed on the waiting list and anyway they turned out full house so we made a reservation for 五合目. 五合目was ranked better than 勝手on openrice so we were excited about the dinner on the night.The restaurant was deco nicely.I would say that it would be much suitable for private gatherings as they have some partitioned areas where you and your friends could just sit and chat there.We browsed through the menu we didn't want to go with the expensive shabushabu options e.g. 綾和牛Shabu Shabu.We ordered US beef Shabu Shabu which costs approx HKD350400 and 田樂蝦茄子.Initially we were planning to order salad, but the waitress told us that the Shabu Shabu set has included salad so we didn't order it in the end.For the shabu shabu set there was salad for the two of us, some vegetables, few pieces of tofu and mushroom, and about 10 pieces of US beef and 1 pack of udon.And there was also a small dish of tempura 2 prawns and 34 pieces of vegetables.What shall I say about the ShabuShabu we waited for nearly 20 minutes after ordering before we were given with an pot with just water in it!And then we waited another 15 minutes before we got some vegetables, tofu and mushroom.We then thought okay we would put the vegetables and all in the pot first so the plain water in the pot would perhaps be flavoured.We cooked the vegetables to a stage where they were all softened and the waiters/waitress gave us an impression that we have to finishoff the vegetables before we would be given the beef!We kept looking and it took another 2030 minutes before we got our US beef.We finished off the beef and it took another 1015 minutes before we were served with the frozen udon!And not to mention our appetizer (田樂蝦茄子) still hasn't arrived after more than 1 hr.We followed up with the waitress and she told us that it is in PROGRESS we were like okay it must be really special and yummy.When it came we were somewhat disappointed as the time spent doesn't equate to how we imagined it to look and taste.We initially thought that the process of making such dish would be very sophisticated which made it took so long!Then the tempura finally came after we finished our udon and the 田樂蝦茄子.This was another 10 minutes too.The whole dinner was more than 2 hrs for just 2 dishes.Am I being impetuous?Apart from the long wait in between one dish to another dish we just felt that for HKD350+ shabu shabu the US beef weren't fascinating and the soup base was WATER! (Maybe this is called authentic but I didn't enjoy at all and for the portion, quality that we get I personally don't think it's value for money).And I really don't understand why it takes so long to serve shabushabu when the restaurant is not really full house only a few tables probably ordered around the same time are they short of staff or they can't handle orders at the same time?

Decided to come here for lunch one day because I felt that I'd been visiting KOSYU (in the same building) too many times recently and wanted to try something new...WHAT a mistakeSeeing the relatively low cost of set lunches offered here ($50$120) I did not expect lavish ingredients in my chirashi, but neither did I anticipate a meal of SUCH appalling quality. My chirashi sushi consisted of about 5 pieces of POORLY cut fish, a shrimp that tasted like it died 2 weeks ago, overly warm rice that was also too dry, and a piece of clam that smelled like a public toilet. COME FOR THIS DISH if you are on a diet because surely after you take one bite you won't want to eat anymore.

五月三十日﹙土﹚要上班的星期六早上,往往來得特別沒朝氣,臨近下班時間,又是為一會的午飯而煩惱的時間。

想試點新地方,繼上次吃過千里之月後,又再來到同一大廈,看過這裏評價也不錯,就走上來試試。

已經一時了,但看來自己仍是第一位客人,隨便的選一張四人枱坐下。

侍者有禮地端上熱茶和毛巾,基本功夫也做足。

環境相當昏暗加上少人的關係,坐下來挺舒適的格調,是小休的理想地方。

午巿的選擇不少,而且價格亦不算昂貴,大部份一百元左右或以下已有交易,看看壽司BAR感覺不太對版,刺身壽司…等還是免談了。

隨便選了最基本的燒魚定食,索價七十多元,也算合理。

燒魚定食,早已估到是大路的鹽燒鯖魚,亦是小弟最愛的燒魚之一。

魚燒得金黃,賣相是相當不錯,加上陣陣的魚油香味,非常吸引。

肉吃起來稱不上嫩滑,但亦未算「鞋」口,未算最好,但已經不錯。

周邊食品方面,先來的雜菜沙律帶點酸汁醒胃,配搭得不錯;蒸蛋更是出色,材料不多,也是冬菇等大路貨色,但蛋香而且嫩滑得有點驚喜,可惜自己遲了吃,如果第一時間吃的話應該會更美味。

最後的甜品又卻完全失望,一粒紙包的MOCHI,原粒上碟保證新鮮,但就是缺了點誠意吧,沒甚麼特別。

最值得一讚還是服務的侍者,對每一枱客人也誠懇有禮,添茶﹑換毛巾…等事亦做足功夫,絕不馬虎。

食物不可說十分突出,但是這種價錢已經值回票價。
