祥利冰室 opposite to here finally closed, but certainly wasn't expecting Bubble Factory to close as well.Kind of miss this shop already!*********************** The TIRAMISU Although imported from Italy, was very enjoyable as its a frozen semifreddo version and not a normal version.... since BINDI is famous for doing those frozen desserts. The MACARON These were just damn hard crunchy and not a crisp external, soft chewy internal version... same local supplier as Che Che New York no wonder!The CAFFE LATTE I think one of the biggest reasons why Bubble Factory failed as a business venture, is because its coffee really wasn't any good, plus its not really located next to office buildings!Bad strategic planning.The LAVAZZA'S Crema e Aroma coffee blend is not bad, but it wasn't made properly here and often tasted very bitter !Too afraid to write this online before and ruin someone's new business, although I did reflect it with the shop owner in person more than once !HOPE THEY COME BACK AND OPEN UP SOMEWHERE ELSE SOON ! EDIT:AND CARRY SOME PROPER SEATS !

十月下旬‧晴以前在排骨麵的舊店子,搖身一變,換上了一間西式咖啡店。
店子不大,如果是賣espresso或者是只賣咖啡的地方,地方小一點也行,不過作為賣餅食的店子,沒有一個四正的位置給客人坐下吃餅,就有點不便。
鮮奶咖啡有簡單的拉花,味道一般,甘苦味重,還好酸度不高。
Alfogato是熱咖啡加上凍雪糕,加上了雪糕,也是太苦。
Tiramisu以一個咖啡杯的賣相送上來的,幾企理。
埋單一百多,渡過了一個悠閒的下午,唯獨是坐得不好而已。

factory取代cafe,給人型格感覺。
很有期望之心,踏入店,ar.....!?這樣細小,不要緊,但沒有正式枱椅,只有吧枱高櫈,枱很高,自問不算矮小,但也坐得好不舒服。
只怪香港鋪租不憐人.....,每part裝修也要「慳」位。
在餅櫃揀選cake時,覺得她的cake,很有「Vero」影子。
首先她有款cake亦是Rosemary+choco;件Taro Earl Grey, 與「Vero」同名的Taro Earl Grey cake外形非常相似!不論有否抄襲,每所餐廳應有自己的味道。
我揀了無因latte、苦瓜醬多士、「V」。
店員說,tea set $35(一杯咖啡+cake)。
我這樣叫,件cake給discount,收我$76。
咁係咪即係份多士+咖啡係tea set??即件cake......$76減$35,咪$41!?cake價錢牌係$36,無平反貴!?是否我要無因咖啡貴了?無單據,真的不知條數怎計!件「V」,好失望。
餅底、金莎脆脆、Brownie層略乾身,好似隔夜了,mousse+面朕凝固了的choco layers,如象筋,韌韌地,雪久了所致?感覺好唔新鮮。
苦瓜醬多士,多士微脆帶韌,「苦瓜」醬黃色的?味道一點也不苦瓜,酸酸地,說不出用什麼材料製造,只覺比茶記占醬,清新點。
無因latte,很苦!絕不似無因咖啡!濃度十足,而且奶泡令咖啡很幼滑!唔怪得,很多人也是來飲咖啡啦!咖啡是值得來飲,但食物質素,很麻麻!與價錢不成正比!而且order了,還要客人「爬」落高櫈,到櫃台拎。
如有幾袋行裝,一上一落,都幾呢hea。
吃完正餐食埋甜品,好似仲未夠喉,往咖啡館的方向走去。
Bubble Factory是一間小小的咖啡店,除了咖啡之外,還有巧克力、Macarons以及蛋糕供應。
已在如意吃了三件蛋糕,卻仍受唔住引誘叫了一件。
要的是White Passion,由於是用上白朱古力,味道是非常的甜,不是人人可以接受到,當然小弟是沒有問題的。
超甜的白朱古力裡頭,散發出熱情果的清香,我最鍾意就是熱情果了。
這件蛋糕,正好用來中和咖啡的苦澀味。
咖啡就來杯Latte,要Dreamy Size,原來真係好大杯。
在我而言,飲咖啡是視覺和味覺的雙重享受,可惜我呢杯既拉花完全唔掂。
幸而,咖啡香濃,奶泡細密,鮮奶份量恰當,順喉舒服。
飲完大大杯咖啡,加上之前的兩餐,飽得幾乎走不動,是時候回家了。

Went to Bubble Factory on a late night Coffee run... nice little cafe with style in Tin Hau, service is nice, but I think their coffee was a bit pricey, the cake is reasonable tho. Bubble Burst Cheesecake: It's a chocolate dome with a few layers inside... 1. The surface layer is the best!! The chocolate coating is divine and truly devilish!2. Chocolate mousse inside is good as well, great chocolatey aroma, not too sweet3. The rock candy didn't do much for me, guess it was late so the candies were soaked for a while, didn't really "burst".4. Rosemary Chocolate cake layer : not bad, quite moist.5. The American Cheesecake at the bottom was a bit disappointing... the cream cheese was not cheesy enough and the crust was all wet!Bonus: The chocolate syrup used a decoration on the plate was so good I almost wanted to lick the dish! It's a very nice and comforting cake for all chocolate lovers out there... will definitely try the "V" cake next time!Cafe Latter (Dreamy size) : Standard Lavazza coffee, good quality!
