Hong Kong is slow at launching new dishes that have already been launched elsewhere because their timid approach is to observe whether the product sells well in other countries before serving it.Anyway, I discovered the pasta burger series on night as I was stuck in HH thanks to damn tourists and people commuting into shatkung.There is no damn price on the menu so I had to ask which is annoying.Decided to try the vegetarian one because I liked the combination.It took a while to come and I suspect it was the first time they were making it as no one has ordered it before.Finally arrived and it looked just like the picture.I liked the way they were serious with the presentation as I saw them cut the lettuce leaf into a circle with scissors.It was really impressive, how the pasta held together, yet the texture was not too hard or dry.I was really glad I chose the Caesar because the sauce went really well with the pasta and it was appetizing with the shredded onions.The other two are tempting to try but MOS has closed down for rennovation so I have to find another branch that serves it.

東港城有VR遊戲限定體驗,我一直都想去玩下,咁啱朋友就約我去,但未玩之前一於去醫肚先,我所知玩VR 都幾消耗體力,唔食飽真係無力玩。
今次搵mos burger,我都好耐無食過,因為星期六,中午時間真係好多人,立即去買個餐,買左個“摩斯芝士漢堡“餐,配埋薯條、汽水。
買完可以搵位坐定定,等職員攞份餐來,個包好足料,塊漢堡肉牛肉味重,仲有少少肉汁,中間有碎洋蒽同埋蕃茄醬,洋蒽生生地,所以食落會有點辣,反而辣辣地仲好食,至於薯條無得輸,係我至愛的粗薯條,即叫即炸,特別香口好味。
這間餐廳在將軍澳新都城有分店,給人印象是主力賣漢堡包及薯條,但其實一向有提供早餐,除了漢堡、多士、熱狗、牛角包等類別,而早餐拼盤中最近就新推出「摩斯湯意粉」早餐,價錢相宜味道不錯。
早餐包括了摩斯湯意粉、沙律菜、炒蛋及一杯飲品, 盛惠$26。
摩斯湯意粉盛載蕃茄粒及生菜絲,番茄濃汁湯底,提升意粉本身的寡味,炒蛋幼滑,配埋沙律菜,整個感覺都很清新,份量不算大但對我卻剛剛好,配杯凍檸檬茶真是早餐的不錯選擇。
一個星期六,訓到黃朝八晏,又未到晚飯時間,最好梗係食d 煎炸野,填一填肚。
叫左個厚厚既安格斯漢堡,肉味濃,煙肉熱,將芝士熔埋一齊,係好夾。
唯一難度係餡料充足,要狼吞先可以一啖食晒咁多層。
另加炸雞塊同薯條。
薯條就冇得輸架喇,食得出係真係薯仔。
個雞塊哩,本人就鐘意食番姓麥既雞多d 喇。
每次食mos burger我都只會鍾情於和牛漢堡由於堂食太多人而且離屋企唔遠所以外賣算好大舊和牛漢堡,一啲都唔馬虎漢堡、蕃茄、菜比例岩岩好一淡咬得晒味道十分滿足……正
