We sat in the outdoor area. It rained suddenly so we requested to change a table indoor. However, they didn't arrange us to dine indoor even though there was an empty table ready when we paid the bill. We decided to leave earlier because the environment is terrible and we didn't know there was available indoor table. Thats why I was so angry when I found out there was an empty table indoor without customers waiting. This lack of consideration for customers comfort is extremely disappointing. The outdoor area is slippery, floor is full of water, raindrops drips in our dishes. Furthermore, it was unprofessional for the restaurant staff to be throwing out garbage while we were dining. Long waiting time. They took at least 20mins to serve daily soup, unreasonable. Food is average, except its horrible long waiting time.No proper apology, poor service and environment. We paid the same price but received worse service compared with indoor area.We will never revisit this restaurant.

一個紅日下午，同fd去tea。

估唔到一啲都吾多人，入面嘅戶外部份直情無人，我哋坐咗幾個鐘，好似包場咁。

兩個人叫左魷魚做starter，一個rib同一個chicken sandwich，飽到食唔晒。

個rib味道同美式餐廳一樣，食落好滯，兩個人食吾晒一份。

旁邊的薯條和coleslaw超多。

佢啲coleslaw比較特別，全用紫椰菜，但都幾好味。

薯條就鹹左少少。

Chicken sandwich旁的薯條，我哋要左sweet potato chip，食起嚟少少甜味，一啲都吾覺得油，我覺得好食過普通薯條。

侍應好nice，一路自動幫我哋加水。

我哋坐喺戶外部份嘅中間位置，好舒服，好啱用fd傾計飲嘢。

不過果張枱的高度食嘢就低左少少。

We were a group of 15 and arrived at the restaurant at 12:45pm on a weekday. Each of us ordered a set lunch with a starter, a main dish and a drink/dessert. While the starters were served at 1:09pm, all main dishes came at 1:42pm (I took photos of the food so the time was recorded). It was almost an hour wait for the main dishes and dessert.In fact, we all needed to head back to office to attend a meeting at 2pm. During the wait, we expressed our concern to the waiters a couple of times, and one of them responded, “we want all the dishes to be served at the same time”, which sounded more like an excuse than a willingness to follow up. There was a lady sitting nearby, who came later than us but her lunch was served long before ours. There was no update at all from the waiters about whether the dishes were being cooked or not. So all of us just waited, and started to worry whether we could finish the meal and be on time for the meeting. In the end, we barely had 10 minutes to rush through our meals. And worse, some of us were not able to finish it and needed to take away the remaining. We were puzzled that a dish like the lamb stew with bread, which was supposed to have been cooked in a big pot, took an hour to be served. The waiters passed us the takeaway boxes and their attitude was rather cold and unapologetic. In the end, we were late for the meeting and some of us were only able to finish the lunch after 4pm. We were willing to pay around 200 dollars just to enjoy a good lunch, but in the end what we got was an anxious mood, an unfulfilled stomach and dissatisfaction of the service. I think for restaurants with a midprice range, customer service is of paramount importance. Even though the food was not bad, there surely won’t be another chance for us to come again.

呢度最主要吸引到我既係佢既室外座位, 佈置到好似係個溫室花園入面食野咁真係好正, 不過我地去果日太熱坐室外會有啲焗, 所以就咁去影左相😂 呢度無論咩時間都係full house, 所以黎之前最好卜左位先😙Fettuccine Carbonara🍝($155)唔好睇呢份意粉細細份, 食落都幾濟嫁, 因為佢個白汁係超厚身, 加埋大量既Bacon粒同蛋意粉一個人食真係會濟到傻😂Bundy Rum Glazed BBQ Ribs🍖($218)見到個ribs 就會覺得自己去左美國咁, 不過個人就覺得個ribs 整得唔夠入味, 啲醬汁只係停留左係表層😅 另外配左一量既幼薯條同埋coleslaw係好好食😊 Butchers Best Pizza🍕($162)用左辣Salami同埋cocktail sausage 同埋大量芝士去整既一個pizza, 口感同味道都相當豐富, 餅底好軟熟好好食😍Apple Crumble🍎($110)即叫即焗既Apple Crumble有滿滿既蘋果片同埋Crumble再加埋個凍冰冰既雲尼拿味雪糕, 冷熱交替好爽😋呢度好適合而家涼浸浸既天氣黎感受一下涼風, 入左呢間餐廳會有種暫時忘記左自己係香港鬧市既感覺🤓

呢間餐廳超有外國後花園感覺，俾佢嘅環境吸引咗！🍝Fettuccine Carbonara ($148)勁creamy嘅Carbonara，每一條意粉都掛到汁，味道有少少鹹，不過好大碟所以食幾啖就會有啲飽🙈🐟Pan Fried Sea Bass ($180)份量都幾大有好多菜墊底，不過個魚有啲偏乾～🧀Halloumi Pesto Stack ($150)身為一個見到餐牌上面有Halloumi就會order嘅人，我覺得呢度嘅halloumi都整得不錯，外皮香脆入面煙韌，但我個人就唔太鍾意燈籠椒嘅草青味～🍎Apple Crumble ($108)賣相好靚呀😍有好多蘋果好足料，食到好飽食呢個甜品有一種解下膩嘅感覺！呢度嘅食物就正正常常偏外國style～不過環境係真係好似喺外國咁，非常加分🪴
