want the ultimate HUMILIATING Subway experience? you've come to the right place!the staffs there seem alright, but if you happen to be served by the **BOSS** (a somewhat petit Indian guy with connected eyebrows) you know you're in for a for the game of "What's missing?" with clear and repeated instructions of wanting everything  on a Sub (or everything but say, pickle) he will try to play dumb and skip out on olives, tomato, and/or onion (but never lettuce) and in the end asking, "Is that ok?" if you're thin skinned or too shy to say otherwise thinking he was just forgetful, well you know what he's succeeded in cheating you! This dude has pulled the same trick times after times on many unsuspecting customers, and I've even been cheated (by careful distraction) on the cheese! yes you're right, those two very common pieces of Kraft cheese. don't take my word for it, COME! look for the boss, and get your neverbefore cheapout Subway treatment. 

I usually goto other branches but i tried happy valley since i am near by.The vegetables they put is way too smallAnd they even asked for 50cents for plastic bag. I will never come back thisbranch again

I had a sub sandwich from my local supermarket back in the US about a month ago, and I had a craving for one of those the other day.  I was being lazy, so I sent my helper to the local Subway to get me a ham sub.  I gave the helper a note with exactly what I wanted.  6 inch sub, Italian bread, ham (double meat), no cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.  My helper came home with the $25 meal which included the sub and a drink, in this case, a coke zero, so I'm not sure if she could order double meat or not.I opened the wrapping paper to reveal a dismallooking, squished sandwich.  I'm guessing it's not double meat as there was only a single layer of ham.  I took a bite, and the crust of the bread started to flake into pieces, and the bread itself crumbled where I took a bite.  The sandwich itself didn't have a good chew to it because of the lack of texture from the bread, and the single layer of ham didn't help either.  I don't know if it's the way they cut and slice the lettuce and tomato or the temperature they store the vegetables at, but both were limp and were not crunchy at all.  Also, there was so much water in the vegetables that the sandwich started dripping when I was halfway through it.  I know the sub is cheap, and I shouldn't expect too much from it, but this was way too disappointing.  My craving was not satisfied, and I'd rather just buy the ingredients and make my own sub.I don't think I will be coming back to this Subway anytime soon.  The service has always been terrible, especially with the rude manager who makes you feel like she is doing you a favor taking your order and scolds you if you ask questions and make any requests.  In the past, I tolerated the rude service since they served a halfway decent sub, but with the food quality deteriorating past the point of acceptance, I'm staying away.

I have been a loyal customer here since it's opening. The sandwich is fresh and the team is composed of a bunch of nice people.They always try their best to make me feel welcomed.......until today.The middleage Filipino lady who claimed herself as the supervisor of the store is extremely rude.I'm not sure if that's the way she is or she is having a bad day.When I asked her for a little more cucumbers, she pretended that she didn't hear at first so I asked again.She replied "You can't ask for more. You are only ordering the $19 sub of the day. How much do you expect to get for $19?" I was taken aback by her reply.This incident has changed my view and I don't think I will ever go back there again despite how much I love subways and the rest of the people there.

Happy Valley Subway sandwiches are overall good tasting and satisfying, especially the friendly shopowner with his team.Been there more than 10 times in a month;brand NEW place just opened less than a month...for healthy inexpensive submarines.Put together while you watch, Subway sandwich "artists are usually good about adding extra vegetables, and leaving out the fatty spreads upon request.Subway is delicious, fresh bread, veggies, meats. Awesome (huge) salads. How anyone can say it's expensive is nut's. Figure it out, where can you get such healthy eats for HKD19.00 (6") Sub.PRO •Subway sandwich shops in most markets •Healthier fast food option •Baked chips, yogurt and diet sodas are heavily promoted as a healthier choice •The company does a good job of revealing nutritional values of all foods •Relatively inexpensive •Vegetarian friendly •Kosher options available in some locations CON •You have to ignore the smell of fresh baked cookies •No fullplan support, must maintain on your own
