Hoi Kwong Street is a rather popular street in Quarry Bay with lots of smallsized distinctive restaurants and a plenty of them just open on weekdays.Finally, we had a chance to come here for lunch on a sunny weekday. Many restaurants were in queues at around 12:30pm. Renowned for its unique Laksa and short opening hours (only lunch hours), Little Nyonya was my priority for the first restaurant to try in this food street.There were a number of people waiting when we arrived. The queue moved faster than we think and plenty of the customers were takeaway customers. We managed to get seats with just a 5minute wait. The restaurant was a bit small with less than 10 tables and the seating were quite closely packed together. However, it was clean and tidy. There were only 3 staff in the restaurant including the chef. The waitresses were polite and nice even they were always busy.We ordered the signature Nyonya Laksa招牌娘惹海蝦喇沙 ($70) and Singapore Fishball Laksa新加坡深海魚蛋喇沙 ($66). The Nyonya Laksa had cackles, shrimps, and fish cake. The Fishball Laska had fishballs, egg and dried Tofu. The Laksa soup was really rich in taste and not spicy. It was sweet and intensely flavoured.The fishball was chewy and the shrimps were fresh. The noodles and vermicelli were blended well together with a nice mouthfeel.A hot homemade Mangosteen Tea was included in the lunch set. It was served without sugar and was a healthy choice. The only drawback was that it was not hot enough.

鰂魚涌嘅用心小店呢排發掘緊鰂魚涌嘅好西朋友帶咗我嚟食呢間話口味好正宗👉🏻試咗肉骨茶飯♥️肉唔un湯底好入味 感覺唔油膩另外會配幾舊油炸鬼點湯食👉🏻飲品揀咗山楂蘋果茶♥️♥️用心煲同朋友一試嘅感覺都係非常養生下火唔係得個甜字👉🏻白飯都係用心製作見到粒粒米都係挺身嘅👉🏻朋友食咗咖喱牛肉飯牛肉非常多咖喱醬亦好惹味 又唔太辣我下次都想試吓🖐🏻但睇返舖頭嘅營業時間只係中午嘅幾個鐘t店內位置亦唔多所以預咗要等位嚟之前記住check清楚!
【招牌娘惹海蝦喇沙 $70】 喇沙的靈魂在於湯頭,小娘惹最勾人之處必數它濃稠微辣的湯底,帶薄薄的椰漿味,入口順滑,而且採用鮮蝦亦令湯頭更為鮮味,油麵滑而不油膩,混合米粉更易索汁!個人就不愛吃螄蚶,點餐的時候可以選擇不要哦😌
食咗N次,終於記得相機食先~ 每次幫襯都覺得老闆同老闆娘好有guts, 只開123,而且仲勁黃~ 🖐🏻👆🏻黃金週點可以唔懲罰你~ 我最喜愛的海鮮喇沙材料分別有螄蚶,海蝦同魚蛋,麵底係油麵溝米粉滿滿一碗,聞到都流晒口水,記住將湯倒落麵之前要先攪勻呀~ 等啲蝦米辣椒撈返晒入個湯度喇沙湯底非常香濃,仲好香椰味~ 每次食完都忍唔住飲晒啲湯隻隻螄蚶都肥嘟嘟🤩🤩🤩 同埋食咗咁多次,每次都非常新鮮!!!其實好想試埋肉骨茶,但淨係食喇沙已經飽到裂開~ 老老實實,成個menu都想試晒佢呀🤩🤩🤩🤩
今日lunch time朋友帶我嚟食小娘惹,一見門面有特別設計,油到粉紅色好colourful,已經感受到好有馬來西亞感覺。
坐低後,先發現好彩早咗嚟,事關門口已經有好多人排隊!同朋友一樣,點咗海鮮喇沙麵!好耐無喺香港食過咁濃味嘅喇沙麵。
一般喇沙麵有兩個死症,一係辣味蓋過鮮甜,一係溝得太多水無咩味,而呢碗麵正正係唔辣得嚟得嚟又濃郁嘅湯底。
而且值得一讚係,溫度控制得啱啱好,而喇沙麵係用兩種唔同嘅麵溝埋而成,加上配料十足唔慳功夫,70蚊係值得嘅。
不過老闆娘嘅態度就令暖意大打折扣。
本身同朋友討論喇沙麵會唔會好辣,朋友話唔會。
本住求證嘅心問多次老闆娘,但回應係:你朋友咪講咗囉,你唔信佢架?老闆娘不慍不火嘅反擊,的確有啲哽耳,雖然佢氣質仍然係好斯文溫和。
