I truly think that Paul Lafayet is one of the best macaroons store in Hong Kong! /First of all, it locates at many popular shopping malls, you can easily get it! /Secondly, a range of flavours available at store, from caramel to earl grey tea. /Thirdly, the texture and the sweetness is so perfect that I can barely stop eating!/I bought pistachio and passion fruit flavours! Both of them aren’t too sweet and the cream within the two layer was so soft and tasty! !

I truly think that Paul Lafayet is one of the best macaroons store in Hong Kong! /First of all, it locates at many popular shopping malls, you can easily get it! /Secondly, a range of flavours available at store, from caramel to earl grey tea. /Thirdly, the texture and the sweetness is so perfect that I can barely stop eating!/I bought pistachio and passion fruit flavours! Both of them aren’t too sweet and the cream within the two layer was so soft and tasty! !
Ordered an Earl Grey Cheese Cake to celebrate someone's birthday at a cost of $372. It was the "normal" size, not the smallest one. Managed to get a complimentary chocolate plate by advanced order.It looked very pretty indeed! I was quite surprised that the macarons were still fresh. They tasted like white chocolate to us.I was surprised at how much earl grey there was there was actually very little earl grey inside (just the brown layer in the middle). I liked the slightly crispy base. I wish the interior layers could have been more because there were too much cheese cake which was overly sweet even to me such a sweet lover. The cheese cake was very smooth and soft in terms of texture. However, I had expected more given the price. Last time I remembered trying the rose and strawberry cheese cake which was much less sweet. This one was really just too sweet!

味道5分:迷你焦糖燉蛋即叫即燒,即入盒。
焦糖面夠脆夠薄,下面層燉蛋好軟滑,不過就甜左D,所以扣佢半分,不過四捨五入都算係五分。
