偶然經過中環，發現開了一間新餐廳，知道是under Arcane Collective ，當然要試一試。

餐廳被行人道分開，一邊是open kitchen bar table，另一邊是dining table，雖然dining table在外面，因有像竹棚的屏風圍住，所以既開揚又有私隱度。

我和朋友先點了兩個Appetizer和兩個main courseRuby Beetroots非常清新，尤其是Jalapeño dressing,完美balance了beetroot 和台灣芒果的甜味，加上泰色的微辣 ，非常清新開胃，特別適合炎炎夏日！Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes這前菜亦很美味，單看賣相已相當吸引！原本以為是亞支竹，但原來是菊芋。

烤菊竽的口感很像烤薯仔，配菜亦很新鮮，是非常不錯的前菜Three grain Mapo Tofu這是其中一款signature dish，聽聞這菜式概念啟發自Arcane 的一位廚師為員工製作的麻婆豆腐。

這裡的‘’麻婆豆腐’‘，一反傳統的油膩，保留了主菜豆腐和少許麻辣。

配上小黃瓜，蕃茄，薏米等等.. 很清新的配搭。

雖然沒有豬肉，但薏米煙煙韌韌很有口感。

Three grain Mapo Tofu這名字相信純粹是紀念這菜式的由來。

Katana Jackfruit Croustillant賣相是一個很大的咖喱角，味道很濃郁（雖然似咖喱角，但是沒有咖喱味的 🤣）飯後如沒有甜品，總是覺得欠缺了甚麼… 所以我們也點了Warm Chocolate Tart香濃黑朱古力流心，Chocolate lover必食之選Millefruitless of Summer berries淡淡的椰香cream，配上酸酸地的紅莓和鬆脆的Pastry，甜而不腬。

總括來說，這是一頓愉快的午餐，食材很新鮮，味道很好，菜單不多，適合選擇困難的我！價錢就見仁見智，但值得一試。

Dinner with lawyer. New restaurant by Chef Shane Osborne of Arcane, taking up the space of Cova. Modern European, theme of sustainability using a lot of local produce. A lot of vegan items on the menu. Since we were both detoxing, we decided to try more appetizers:Beetroot (marked gluten free) with mango and feta.Smoked salmon (marked gluten free) with apple.Artichokes (marked vegan, gluten free) with endive (a type of leaf vegetable) and hazelnut bagna càuda (which is usually made from garlic and anchovies as a dip for vegetables, originating from Italy).One main course to share: the Spanakopita a Greek savory spinach pie, which often contains cheese. Cashew sauce on the side tasted very yummy.As dessert: peach and passion fruit pavlova, an egg white dessert, crispy on the outside, fluffy and soft on the inside. Always a fan of the pavlova this particular one was perfect amount of sweetness, very yummy with the fruits.In summary: good choice when you feel like a wholesome healthy meal.

Newly opened resto by the Arcane collective’s famous final table and Michelin one star chef Shane Osbornand chef Micheal Smith. Same as Arcane, dishes in Moxie are also simple yet well executed , Light and small in portion. We ordered shitake udon as starter as we were very hungry 😂 and we knew the portion of the food is gonna be small. Octopus and seabass as our main, and pavlovaas our dessert. I think everything was quite on point as we anticipated, the seabass was extremely tender inside with the crispy skin outside, I liked the tomatoe and chipotle salsa as I like strong flavour. Also love the pavlova, so refreshing without excessive sweetness. Everything was pretty good but just the portion was really small, we had to grab some cakes from butter and cookie dpt right after this meal 😂Around $500pp.. is acceptable in this district, worth trying, good for business lunch, but probably not for big eaters and group gatherings.
