由附近的運動場步行過Gusto, 其實一點都不遠. 大概5分鐘! 非常方便! 朋友介紹之下, 點了一杯熱朱古力. 第一啖就好似入口即溶既朱古力, 又滑又濃! 原來, Gusto的熱朱古力是自家製的. 用了70%黑朱古力. 難怪…難怪…之後, 就點了Shrimp & Scallop Cocktail, Roasted Corn 及 Macaroni ‘N 3 Cheese Gratin.Shrimp & Scallop Cocktail: 帶子同蝦都好新鮮! 醬汁很清新,開胃! Roasted Corn: 用原條粟米. 又甜又多汁!Macaroni ‘N 3 Cheese Gratin: 之前有幾篇Openrice食評都有介紹過. 果然是必試之選! 雖然開始飽, 但是女仕們總是有第二個胃試甜品! 是日黑板推介 – Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies! 即點即焗! 一客有六塊. 新鮮焗起脹卜卜, 香噴噴! 由於是新鮮焗起, 曲奇表面好脆, 而裡面就好鬆化! 雖然Gusto 地方不大, 但就有一種很寫意, 很舒服的感覺! 下次想一個人靜靜地睇書/雜誌, 嘆咖啡/朱古力過一個中午, Gusto其實是一個不錯的選擇! I will be back!

週日晚上來到跑馬地，搭座落在黑壓壓酒店式公寓樓下的Gusto也走燈光昏暗的慵懶氛圍，點綴天花板的是仿舊樓的黑鐵花窗櫺，門口的黑板上則寫著今日湯品和特別餐點，座位不多。

和友人一起點了以下餐點：(店家網站可查詢餐牌：http://www.gustogusto.hk/)本日湯為番茄濃湯(Cream Tomato Soup)，吃得出生鮮番茄的真材實料。

搭配雙面略烤過的法包切片，口感Q軟、非常滿足。

十分營養佐雪莉酒醋汁(Sherry Vinaigrette)的沙拉有膳食纖維(蘿蔓生菜)、澱粉(玉米)、健康油脂(酪梨)和蛋白質(蛋、火腿)。

Gusto的意粉口感較為彈牙(al dente)，吃不慣的人可能會嫌過硬。

意式傳統Bolognese肉醬香濃，當晚應點一份意粉分食就足夠了。

以蘿勒青醬(pesto)清炒節瓜(zucchini)、甜椒(sweet peppers)、蘆筍、蘑菇、茄子(eggplant)、番茄的「春天」意粉為蔬食者的心頭好。

(註: Primavera為意大利文的春天)其實若考慮配料的時令也可取名作「初夏」意粉(Spaghetti Estate)，只是字面上較無韻味。

馬丁尼杯盛裝的巧克力麵包布丁，上頭還有新鮮草莓點綴的香草冰淇淋，光是看到象徵新鮮的香草籽，就得給個讚！好似拿鐵碗裝的草本茶，適合為當晚的豐盛餐點畫下句點、收收胃，安定心神為打工仔新的一週養精蓄銳。

小胃女孩其實單點本日湯應該就半飽了，沙拉份量也不小，若有預算考量，不乏為輕食主義者的心水小店。

I seldom go to Happy Valley for dinner. Was there last Friday night just to visit my friend who is living in Happy Valley..However, after this dinner, i don't think i gonna forget this place and i will definitely come back again!My first impression of GUSTO when i stepped in: Clean, casual, relaxed! it's definitely a good place to chill out with friends especially on weekends when you can spend your whole afternoon reading magazine with a glass of sparkling wine on hand!Suggested by my friend who always hangs out there, we ordered two very berry smoothies, a mac and cheese, shrimp and scallop cocktail and rigatoni. Very berry smoothies rich, fruity and you can even feel a lot of berry seeds running in your mouth! It's like a dessert drink for me! I love it~Mac n Cheese smooth and creamy with cruchy toppingsRigatoni not really very surprising but it tastes okay The overall experience is good and am gonna come back for brunch on weekends!

Last Wednesday night, a group of friends and I were in Happy Valley for the Races. After a great evening with some gambling, we decided to continue the fun at Gusto!We headed over to top off the fun with cocktails and dinner.Fave drink that night was the Mojito, which was a good refreshing drink to get the night started. All the flavors were tasteful beyond my expectations.Since we were sharing a few meals, my one friend ordered the hand cut French fries (with chilli and Cheese). I would highly recommend these fries as they were filling (caution, once you’ve had one you… you’ll end up making room for more!).We also ordered the Spicy Bonless Buffalo Wings; they were a bit spicy, yet tender. Good thing the boneless wings were served with ranch dressing, a smart choice made to enjoy the spice!On top of the wings we also ordered the Baby back ribs. These ribs literally fell right off the bone! You know it’s cooked well, when that happens! The ribs were so good that they reminded me of my summers in the states with all the ribs festivals that happen (yum!).Since one of us had to be healthy we ordered the Cob Salad. A bit creamy yet filled with veggies. Not one of my faves but this dish would do well during a hot summer afternoons.We ended the night off more Mojitos and more of their specality cocktails!Over all, this place has reasonable service and a cozy ambiance! Very satisfied with Gusto, and as we speak we’re booking a few more nightly dinners!

We ordered a as starter the Cuban Sandwich, then as a mainsthe BBQ Pork Ribs and Gusto Salad and Fries with Cheese and Chilli.First of all if you ask to get served the fries and salad with the Maindish, you dont expect to get the sides served first, and after you finishwith the sides you get to eat the main meal.thats one point. Secondly when you order a dish, you expect to get the right one.We ordered the Fries with Cheese and Chilli, we got the Frieswith a chilli on top, but without the cheese. Now to the description of the dishesA) Fries with cheese and chilli tasty fries, with herbs, but missing the cheese 80,HKDB) Gusto Salad bland dressing, very oily, everything chucked together, it looks like acanteen salad you would have at university. For that price !!! I was expecting more but felt disappointed.Very salty salad.100 HKDC) BBQ Pork Ribs, roasted Ok, but smothered with this sauce it reminded me of BBQ Sauce like HP Sauce, then seasones overly with Salt and MSG. It goes on my record as the WORST made BBQ Pork Ribs i have tasted155 HKDD) Cuban Sandwich Overly Salty, tastes poor, old. Not made with a lot of love.drinks recover juice. dont think it was fresh. it tasted like some ParknShop juicesmixed togetherBut now the worst the next day, i had diarrhia all day. I am still running to the toiletevery 30mins as i am typing this.i spare you the picture of my toilet afterwardsbut can upload picture if you want to see.When at the restaurant we told the waitress, that the food was too saltyshe just said "oh the taste must be too strong for you" ... what a stupid answer.rather say, "oh thanks for the comment, i will pass it on to the chef" I cannot recommend this place at all.what is with the grunge music playing ?are we still in the 80s ? I think not. when you come to eat you want some quietmusic, not like in a nightclub.
