I was in Cyberport to finishing up some tasks and I went to this restaurant few months ago. Until recent, I hoped to revisitTutti again and found out they are not longer there. I hope they are just only renovating because I find this restaurant not bad. I still remember it was Saturday and I was there afternoon around 1pm for lunch. The decoration was modern and services were not bad too. Not sure about weekdays but they served alldaybreakfast that day. A whole set of English breakfast was around $80 which was a bit expensive. At the end, I only ordered a cheese and mushroom omelette with a side order of cream of mushroom soup. The omelette quality wasbetter than average (at least better than those I tried near Soho area). I should have tried their breakfast which I saw from other customers; look nice. My omelette was nicely cooked inside. Some omelette I tried in other places were overcooked always. This one they had ithalf cooked and the meltinmouth texture was awesome. On the other hand, the soup was also a highlight. They used fresh mushroom to make it. There was a very strong mushroom smell when they brought this in front of me. I was so surprise and it cost around $50 if I remember correctly. Overall, I like this place especially they opened up all the doors to have fresh air come in. I really should have tried their breakfast but I wish I still have chance..... god bless they are only renovating....

Food: had the seafood risotto, so MSG as I was so thirsty afterwards, again, big plate and small quantity!!Service: worse than local restaurant, extremely slow to response and as rude as "cha chan tang" staffEnvironment: weak to almost no air conditioning!! I was sweating when I was eating, so, they claim it is not their fault.. however, ice machine broken down soalso no ice drinks. OMG... what is that?
When my firned and I walked in, there was only 1 table of 2 customers. We were brave enough to give it a try. When we looked at the menu, we found that their food are quite expensive. We ordered a scallop risotto and a pizza.The pizza was a joke. You just don't expect a pizza which costs around $150 looks like a piece of bread with little toppings in the middle 4 pieces of salami and a few slices of capsicum.The risotto tasted ok but the scallop was not fresh... it smelled fishy. It costs around $200.The waiter was polite but unprofessional as reported earlier here.don't bother to eat in Cyberport... grab a hotdog from Broadway if u r going there for movies.
昨晚即興到數碼港晚膳,選擇了意菜Tutti。
或許是平日的日子,在晚飯時段還未坐滿,氣氛寧靜浪漫,適合說笑談心。
座椅擺設亦算寬敞,用餐舒適。
一如其他西餐廳,首先奉上的是麵包籃。
麵包款式只有一款,大小呈"bitesize",賣相小巧,質感屬乾硬那種,宜配上香醋橄欖油來吃,味道普通。
接着來的是凱撒沙律,用上的生菜都算嫩綠新鮮,不過其他配料如芝士煙肉碎則略嫌少了一點,建議向店員追加多點芝士為佳。
另一冷盤是海鮮拼盤,依據店員建議,一份四百餘元的小拼盤已夠食用。
海鮮款式有生蠔、翡翠螺、藍貝、海蜆、麵包蟹及大海蝦。
除麵包蟹只得一只外,其餘款式最少有四隻,都算實惠。
配襯海鮮的醬汁有三款,分別是牛油檸檬汁、紅酒蒜蓉汁及"Cocktail"汁。
以個人口味而言,倘若海鮮本質味鮮,不加醬汁更能突顯海鮮天然原有的味道。
拼盤當中的生蠔賣相富光澤,肉質富彈性,應是新鮮貨。
入口口感滑溜,先嚐到的是那份鹹鹹的海水味,蠔的鮮味在較後時間才突顯出來。
翡翠螺口感彈牙結實,本應不錯,奈何內含不少沙粒,大大影響了享受。
藍貝及海蜆則面對同樣的問題,就是味道過於清淡,還是要靠醬汁多添味道才行。
麵包蟹體積不小,蟹蓋蟹羔豐溢美味,只可惜肉質不夠結實,整體評分一般。
大海蝦則和蟹肉剛剛相反,口感結實吸引,好吃。
餐廳安排都算不錯,會待我們吃畢冷盤才奉上熱盤,而且餐碟預先預熱以保食物溫度,加分。
熱盤先上蘑菇意大利飯,芝士香氣濃郁,味道不錯,只是略嫌飯粒嚼勁稍稍不足。
經典意大利薄餅以莎拿美腸、洋葱、各式辣椒等製成,批邊夠脆,但批底的脆度則差一點。
吃畢感覺一般,不算突出之作。
甜品時間,一口氣試了蘋果金寶、雲尼拿疏乎里及火焰雪山。
蘋果金寶外脆,蘋果果肉酸甜味道交替,不會過於滯膩。
雲尼拿疏乎里賣相麻麻,外層明顯爆開了,幸好味道不俗,入口溶化感覺仍在。
火焰雪山吃的是那份視覺享受,看着藍藍的火焰在燃燒,已帶給一定快感。
論味道,雪山以大量忌廉、蛋糕及士多啤梨雪糕製成,實是「甜到漏」之作,而山中加入少許士多啤梨果肉及藍莓,亦有助平均當中甜味。
當然,山坡上仍泛着點點酒香,亦是此甜品的另一特色。
整體而言,Tutti水準不算特別突出,但也可一試。
