We had an unbelievable experience at this supposedly pet friendly environment restaurant. Was planning for dinner on a Sunday and then I walked by in the afternoon trying to reserve a table. I was then being advised Saturday and Sunday only take walk in guest.Three of us with a puppy were there around 7:30pm trying to get a table. Since we was dining with a puppy, only the open area was allowed. There was a table but I was told that was reserved. I immediately asked why the table could be reserved when I was told earlier it was not possible. Anyhow the waiter there said he will arrange something for us but then we were given a super small table for DINNER. The table was so small that only ONE dish and few plates could be placed, not to mention any room for drinks..All our other belongings were placed on the floor.We try to order a few starters first hoping to see if there are any bigger table for us. After we finished the starter, another table checked. That one was a bigger table so I asked the manager if we can swap to sit there instead because there is no way we can order main dishes. (we already placed the salt & pepper on the floor). We were told that is not possible because of the puppy. I then counter propose to swap only the table while we keep sitting at the open area. But the answer is still NO.We just think this is so not flexible, not considerate, not even servicing guests, but in fact super stupid. When the guest trying to be accommodating and offer solutions, all the answer is NO. We ordered only 2 starters, 3 drinks and costs us almost $500, and we are NEVER going to visit again, not because of the food or price, but the unbelievable, disppointing service! Poor experience!

次次行過呢間都好香，所以早幾日上網book了今日Oolaa lunch叫了一個2course set lunch，可以選跟starter/dessert，價錢就係$150 (no service charge)，係呢一頭價錢都係偏貴Starter: Roasted pumpkin & Asparagus Salad個人不特別喜歡呢個salad，尤其係feta cheese嘅味道，pumpkin亦食唔出係烤焗過，整體來講係可接受的水平Main course: Tomato, Mozarella & Basil Ravioli呢個Ravioli值得推介，味道出乎意料地好食，每一顆ravioli都充滿mozarella嘅香味，墊底嘅pumpkin purée 都好香，上面配埋rockets就令成碟colorful 啲整體都唔錯，值得之後再哩，不過就價錢偏貴，如果想抵d就建議叫set lunch，單點 a la carte就咩都唔包
新開餐廳又入嚟試吓brunch，一份兒童餐pancake$75, 一份4 eggs Omelette$155, 一份 egg Benedict $140，飲品另計共 $460。
Um...普普通通囉，價錢如果大眾化啲就更好了。

今日去咗新開業嘅oolaa 將軍澳分店，位於將軍澳南海旁，調景嶺站或者將軍澳站行去大約8分鐘，位處寧靜的將軍澳海旁住宅群，海風吹埋嚟非常舒服，適合一家大細或者一班朋友嚟飲酒gatheringpepperoni pizza 辣肉腸pizza🍕好大份，辣肉腸配番茄醬再加咗Mozzarella cheese🧀, 有拉絲嘅效果👍🏻，批底厚薄適中，批邊好脆口好香，三四個人share多好足夠1/2 Herb Roasted Chicken & Chips 香草烤雞伴薯條好大隻雞完全唔似得半隻，加咗海鹽同黑椒吊味，外皮烤到好香，裏面嘅肉汁都鎖住咗，雞肉好嫩滑，配埋特製嘅醬汁非常夾，薯條都好脆，仲有沙律伴菜，尤其個番茄仔真係好好味，完全唔酸Wagyu Beef Spaghetti Bolognaise 和牛肉醬意粉番茄醬好香，意粉好彈牙，不過唔係好食得出和牛味，配個多士好脆好香，牛油味和香草味香濃Classic cocktail: Mojito & Caipirinha (lime with passion fruit) 熱情果加青檸同薄荷葉嘅雞尾酒，酸酸甜甜好易入口，有微微嘅伏特加酒味，$55 真係幾抵飲，重點係全部都係免加一，兩個人埋單都係五百幾蚊，幾抵食
Came here for brunch in the morning and had a creamy latte with their 'DIY two eggs' which was very nice. The choice of how the eggs are cooked and what type of bread is up to you, but I decided on their reccomendation of scrambled. Overall a good experience even if service was slow, however that's to be expected on day two of opening.
