Excellent Service, Excellent Food! (I give 95%!)I had been to this little restaurant a few time for lunch.One of their Dishes which I am especially delighted about is the baked Cheese Salmon Tartar rice.It is because of this dishes, (which I believe is rare to find in Hong Kong) that I decide to visit this place for dinner.I had confirmed with the manager a few times to insure its availability for dinner, since this dishes is not on the original manual but only exist in the lunch special manual.So yesterday, I finally decide to go there for dinner.I got there at 7:00 and there is only 2 customers inside, good atmosphere for a quiet dinner experience.Ordered the seafood dinner special for two combo.I requested to change the Japanese specialties Fries rice into Baked Cheese salmon Tartar rice since I especially came here for this dishes.The manager is excellent, waitress is excellent, even the Chief is excellent in terms of service.1st dish is a mango salad with salmon roe.Fresh and not too heavy, excellent as a starter.2nd dish is the Small Sashimi plate.Excellent in terms of freshness, display, and cutting skill.3rd dish is baked Oyster.4 in total, 2 different flavour.This is the only dish that I am not satisfy about.The Oyster is just too Raw.Only a Thin layer of the source on top is baked.It is not totally cold, but I personally like the baked oyster to be more well cooked.I feel like eating live raw oyster that is mixed with barely cooked source.4th dish is white wine with Clam.Fabulous tasty source that give the Clamp an extra kick.5th Salmon Tartar rice.As expected, Pure satisfaction.We took extra time with the baked Oyster and the Clam, the Tartar rice had already turn cold before we can enjoy it.I asked if the waitress tomicrowave it for us.To my surprise, the chief decided to heat up the rice with a torch to insure the taste remain the same.I especially want to thanks him for this.6th Miso Soup. With more Clams inside 7th Desert Mochi Ice 雪米.Wrap up the whole dinner experience with this excellent Mochi Ice.Usually Mochi ice being served in restaurant either too cold, or the skin is already turn dry/hardened.None of those exist here, the Mochi ice here is a pure enjoyment.Every dishes is a memorable excellent dish.I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any one.P.S.As I am enjoying the dinner, more and more customers came in.The places was 80% full when I was leaving.

星期日去深水埗探朋友,去佢屋企附近間日本料理食飯,我地叫咗一客三文魚刺身,白汁煮蜆,煎比目魚,牛油炒帶子,pizza等。

非常有驚喜,味道好好,材料新鮮,同埋上時菜的伴碟好精美,睇得出好有heart去煮。

最重要係價錢ok,我地4個人去食,都係每人約$80左右,仲想點。

好值得介紹,食多次都可以,聽o個friend講d拉麵都ok,下次會try。
