-2020年5月9日 星期六“我懷念的 是無話不說 我懷念的 是一起作夢”突然之間女朋友話好懷念台灣,特別係台灣嘅食物,於是今日就去到太子食台灣野雖然店名叫台灣麵,不過睇到餐牌上面唔只得麵一款,仲有好多嘢食,真係唔知揀邊款好,於是就叫咗個二人套餐,再加少少食物首先嚟嘅竟然係主菜台灣牛肉麵,冇諗過牛肉會同麵分開上,平時都係放埋落一碗,咁樣睇落去發現牛肉嘅份量好多,一咬落去超腍,而且好入味,完全係台灣嘅味道之後先有涼拌三小碟,青瓜好爽脆,又多水分,而其餘兩款嘅涼拌小菜酸酸地,幾開胃跟住我既飲品就黎到,係青檸金桔愛玉凍,愛玉嘅份量都有三分之一杯,而且飲落去酸酸甜甜咁,甜度啱啱好跟住有我另外叫嘅小食,蔥油海蜇,嚟到嘅時候已經充滿蔥油味,海蜇咬落去係爽嘅呢個係酥炸花枝丸,感覺上唔係太多油,但係又炸得好脆再嚟係二人份量嘅鹽酥雞,但係兩個人真係食唔晒,大嚿得來仲要炸漿唔厚,裏面嘅肉質仲係嫩滑嘅最後有台式炸豆腐,呢個真係冇得彈,裡面既豆腐竟然唔係硬身,仍然保持着一夾即散既質感,所以入口唔會有死實既感覺叫左勁多野食,埋單都不過係每人$150-
-受疫情關係影響…冇得去台灣 於是男朋友話帶我去食台灣菜,等我有返左家鄉嘅感覺原來係旺角新開咗間台灣麵, 價錢又唔貴又有啲餓, 我哋決定豪食番餐彌補我返唔到家鄉之痛我哋先叫咗個二人餐,本身都包幾多嘢…前菜有涼拌三小碟, 即係 涼拌海帶絲,腐皮絲同青瓜幾開胃味道剛剛好, 酸酸地帶少少bb辣時菜 有肉燥時菜 份量都唔少…小食有兩款,我哋揀咗鹽酥雞同埋台式炸豆腐鹽酥雞真係有家鄉嘅感覺!完全係同一陣味!連熱氣嘅感覺都好似 因為全部都係新鮮出爐所以全部都熱辣辣!豆腐真係做得好好,外脆內軟而滑! 不過啱啱到真係要小心食, 因為入面真係好熱,我已經辣親了……主食當然要等台灣牛肉啦成碟餸咁上!仲要件件牛肉都大大件! 咬落非常鬆軟仲有啲牛嘅肉汁, 真係食台灣牛肉麵嘅感覺! 唔知點樣可以煮到咁腍身,好好食… 淨係食完呢碟台灣牛肉都飽了……跟餐仲有兩碗肉燥飯或者肉燥麵本身唔知道份量有咁多,我哋仲加咗啲小食…涼拌蔥油海蜇, 海蜇幾特別比一般食嘅海蜇更加爽口同煙韌 ,要咬比較耐先可以吞酥炸花枝丸炸得好香口而且一啲都唔厚粉! 點埋佢附上嘅醬汁就更加好食跟餐仲有兩杯飲品,我哋都轉咗做特飲男朋友應該係青檸柑桔愛玉凍, 好fresh好清新,岩岩食完炸野之後飲!我呢杯係紫貝天葵白桃花釀最頂有好多椰果凍…多到一個點, 初時以為會冇乜桃味但係點知桃味都幾濃郁!加埋嘅嗰一齊食, 好似食緊甜品咁,可能啲冰冇乜點溶, 我同男朋友都覺得飲品偏甜,不過還好的,+$8都好抵飲!食左咁多野都唔駛300蚊,又多野食又食得開心,超值!-
-Was thinking about the signature dish for this restaurant and ended up picking the whole set as the quality and portion of the sizes of the dishes were big and delicious. The interior was simple yet bright, quite spacious with a lots of tables. we ordered the dinner set for two people. It was definitely affordable and tasty. Picked the wok fried veggie with a bit of spice. Flavorful yet not too spicy, I finished the whole dish. second appetizer was the Taiwanese oyster pancake with sweet spice sauce on top. Again, it came in big portion with large portions of oysters 🦪 fresh and fat. we can also pick to have noodles or rice, we ordered one each and I loved the noodles, as it was cooked perfectly in a soup broth which wasn’t too salty. Noodles not soggy, and with good amount of meats. my favorite dish of the night was the chicken pot with spice. It was on the sweeter side, I loved it. Again, portion was so big!!! Overall, it was a good found, as location, price and quality was good!-
-今日突然好想食台式嘢食,就上網搵咗「台灣麵」呢一間餐廳吃午飯。真係好彩我哋預早嚟到,大約一點左右已經見到人龍開始排隊了。我哋四個叫咗唔同嘅嘢食,見午餐B做緊照價八折優惠。我哋主要叫呢個餐牌嘅套餐,包括有:蒜香椒鹽排骨飯見到用咗好多蒜來炸,排骨外表炸到好香脆,蒜嘅味道反而唔覺好重,口感比較乾身,都食到有少少椒鹽味道。塔香三杯雞飯呢個送飯一流,因為有好多醬汁!加咗九層塔既香氣,醬汁十分惹味!雞件份量都幾多,每件雞肉質鮮滑,連雞皮都炒到很香口。麻醬口水雞配面雖然叫口水雞,但係一啲都唔辣,反而麻醬味道好重。雞嘅肉質都幾鮮嫩,同事唔鍾意配飯食,所以揀咗湯面。另外仲叫咗紅燒牛肉米粉紅燒牛肉湯汁有少少辣,但唔食得辣嘅朋友都可以一試,牛肉好淋好入味,同事揀咗配新竹米粉。除咗套餐之外,我哋仲叫咗蚵仔煎,再加配左蒜汁灼白菜同菜心。蚵仔煎既蚵仔好大隻,好鮮甜。上面啲醬汁同配菜都好好味呀!白菜同菜心用蒜汁來白灼,感覺很健康。食咗咁多,每人埋單先七十幾蚊,感覺幾抵食。地點喺太子始創中心地下,方便我哋過來,下次lunch可以同同事再嚟幫襯。-
