Late night yakitori....So, we actually had dinner already at Qi. Sadly, we weren't completely satisfied just yet.Think we were craving just a little bit of something else. So while heading back to Nan Tei..we ventured onto Lyndhurst Terrace..We stumbled upon this small little eatery tucked up on Lyndhurst Terrace. It's a small space. Above Pizza Express, there's a small outdoor terrace area, along with some small seats and grill inside the restaurant. We chose the breezy, cool outdoor terrace. The quality and price of the food is similar to that of Nan Tei, or Torimen (post) for yakitori! The menu actually has a few 'Japanese meets Western/French' fusion. They also have foie gras, truffle, pasta dishes! But we stuck with the conventional yakitori items. We crave what we crave. The food is not exceptional by any means, but just what we were craving.Chicken Skin Yakitori | I had a small bite. These are very addictive. Deep fried thin pieces of chicken skin! It's the absolute best. Loved the crunchy, chip like texture.Chicken Gizzard | I didn't have any, but looked pretty good! Juicy, thick and smelled absolutely heavenly.Chicken Bone Yakitori (Hiding in the back) & Beef Ox Tongue | For those who frequent my blog. You'll know I'm a big fan of ox tongue!! Love everything about it. The chewy, meaty, flavourful texture of the meat! YES YES YES! <3Signature Tsukune & Egg Yolk! I loveeee this. I always order this if its on the menu. Its essentially just minced chicken meatball dipped in a perfect egg yolk and special sweet soy sauce based sauce. But its great. Perfect bites of meaty chicken pieces...And after you dip it into the creamy egg and secret sauce...Its practically begging to be devoured in that instant!!

工作一個下午, 好tired~ 要食番d好野獎勵自己. 呢間日本野係主要食拉麵同串燒…前菜 (係送ge~)送海蜇前菜, 真好~ 又幾好食, 味道酸酸地, 好開胃~~ 又夠爽口, 口感豐盈~魚生沙律其實呢… d 魚生晤太新鮮… 不過個沙律d醬汁都ok ge…. 同埋個沙律真係好凍同好大盤…燒鯖魚食落都算多汁, 外面塊皮都脆ge, 不過魚肉晤夠嫩滑… 其實呢… 就好普通, 正正常常, 又晤會話難食…明太子燒飯糰明太子: 係成舊魚春連膜都無去就乾係飯入面, 其實ok ge, 咁樣可以食到明太子ge原味, 同埋食落無咁容易散~飯: 入面有紫菜同芝麻, 好豐富. 外面燒到好脆好香口, 超正!配菜: 呢個值得一提, 因為佢好似係用酒醃過ge 薏米, 就咁食就真係麻麻地, 不過加入飯糰入面食就會變得好好食!蘋果soda上面有真ge青蘋果~ 不過杯野ge味道比較淡…Overall:Service幾好, 得兩個人係樓面, 不過both都好helpful~ environment呢, 其實佢有分露台同入面, 入面其實比較逼, 不過有冷氣; 露台環境其實都晤錯, 有好多無葉風扇~ 幾有情調~ 約220埋單, 其實得我一個食, 另外個fd只係幫我食左小小沙律, 個價錢當一個半人咁計la~
好友生日, 黎到呢間日本串燒店. 地方好細. 不過有露天的地方. 夏天真係唔想在外面食飯....開放式的廚房可以讓客人睇到廚房點整串燒叫左杯巨蜂提子梳打, 當然有巨蜂提子但幸好不是太濃~ 味道剛好. 叫左幾種串燒, 羊架, 明太子雞冀, 免治雞肉棒, 凍豆腐. 每樣都即叫即整~ 熱有熱上, 凍有凍上. 串燒食物好香. 加上椒鹽更是可口朋友想食拉面, 點知真係有~ 不錯的拉面, 湯底好香, 不太咸, 不太重味精~最後送既生果同芝麻雪糕, 為生日餐寫上完美句號~!
朋友介紹黎呢度, 地方細細.只得幾張枱冇book 到, walkin 都有位~ 相信係新開不久~開放式既廚房~ 加上一排日本酒做裝飾, 不錯前菜係沙律, 味道ok~叫左個免治雞肉棒, 好不錯. 好香, 加上蛋同埋特製既汁, 一流雞冀加上椒鹽, 燒完出黎好香~! 燒當菇都好白. 加左少少肉, 好似食緊三寶~ 係好味. 不過幾貴~
朋友介紹黎到中環呢間上樓既日本串燒店~地方不大, 但感覺很好~ 有室外食飯既地方~ 天氣涼既時候o係室外食飯係不錯既選擇~叫左幾種串燒: 豚肉蘆筍卷,雞皮, 牛舌, 雞皮鮮蝦卷, 白鱔, 粟米, 免治雞肉棒~ 芝士年糕, 羊架, 飯團 ( 明太子, 三文魚), 炸薯球豚肉蘆筍卷,雞皮, 牛舌 店員 ( 應該是老闆吧?!) 仔細介紹~ 熱食牛舌, 軟林林, 入口好香~ 雖然好多油, 但真係好好味~!雞皮好脆, 雖然好肥,都食左2粒~豚肉蘆筍卷反而變得平平無奇~ 不過不失凍豆腐又滑又凍~ 加上蔥油, 味道不錯~雞皮鮮蝦卷, 白鱔, 粟米 雞皮鮮蝦卷 意外地好味~ 外面脆脆既雞皮包住入面既鮮蝦~ 正~ 白鱔不見得有驚喜~ 羊架 羊架 好香~冇蘇味. 炸薯球 好多料~ 一炸完就上菜~ 好味~飯團 ( 明太子, 三文魚) 明太子..始終冇辦法找回在日本食明太子飯團既味道~ 可惜~坐到最後, 老闆突然話請我地食生果~ (多謝)地方雖少, 人手其實好充足~反而覺得好似太多~可能剛好食飯當晚冇乜人..所以侍應都比較得閒..企晒o係度望住...有點怪怪...總而言之~ 我會再黎的~ =)
