Only recently discovered that they offer dinein at their causeway bay branch! They offer a variety of sets serving different combinations of treats and beverages. And of course, as a chocolatelover, I just had to try their hot chocolate! That decadent gooey liquid goodness was heavenly! It was basically liquid chocolate. Each mouthful was so satisfying and also very filling. Reminded me the chocolatier and his magical yet cursed hot chocolate from a boom called The Eighth Life (an amazing book!) Will definitely revisit just for their chocolate drink! I prefer the passion fruit macaron to the pistachio one. Both were very wellmade with a super light, crisp shell without being overly sweet. The pistachio flavour was a tad too artificial and sweet for my liking, but the passion fruit one was superb! Especially loved how thick the filling layer inside was!As for the chocolates, I preferred the Caracas, which was plain dark chocolate way more than the praline which was a milk chocolate and the sweetness completely covered that decadent intense flavour of good quality cacao/chocolate which was such a shame in my opinion. 有食過佢哋嘅朱古力，但坐低飲嘢就第一次，當日因為約咗人未夠鐘，所以就一個人想搵個地方靜靜哋坐吓！因為疫情，原本7張抬嘅地方，依家開得5張枱，而當時5張枱都坐滿，但佢哋非常親切及有禮貌，叫我留低電話，有位call 我，5分鐘後就收到佢哋電話話有位😊佢哋雖然係商場地庫下面中間位置，但一啲都唔嘈，因為本身呢度都唔係太多人行而佢哋有唔同嘅set，但係如果唔係飲朱古力，唔會比單叫平，有啲什至會貴咗少少😅佢哋嘅朱古力係冇得輸，所以唔多講，今次就試吓佢哋嘅Macaron(馬卡龍)，試咗Venezuela Chocolate同Caramel,佢哋嘅優點係馬卡龍唔算太甜，但係就冇咗馬卡龍本身有嘅煙韌，所以下次都係食返朱古力算啦😅不過如果想要係銅鑼灣搵個地方安靜舒服坐低同朋友傾計，呢度都係一個好嘅選擇👍🏻
平時買開macaron個餡都會覺得太甜，但呢間店賣既macaron係朱古力蓉。
佢地出名朱古力，當然好味啦。
$29/粒，對比其他shop, 唔算貴，合理。
今之買左特濃chocolate, chocolate, passion fruit同hazelnut. 食過幾次覺得hazelnut係最好味，好濃榛子味。
而熱情果就酸酸甜甜咁，好balance. 朱古力就唔使講，每款都好食。
好有層次！值得一提，店員好有禮貌，就算買4粒macaron都無黑面。
👁🗨 La Maison du Chocolat📍銅鑼灣希慎道33號利園一期地庫B03A號舖@—————————————————一直想試奢華朱古力品牌嘅Tea Set，La mansion du chocolat一向走高檔甜品路線，如朱古力棒、松露朱古力、果仁朱古力等，今次特別嚟到銅鑼灣利園地庫分店，採用開放式座位設計，2人位配以梳化及茶几，坐得特別舒適🛋由於4點多座位剛好全部爆滿，不能預約時間只能留下電話待店員致電通知才可以入座， 等待期間只好在附近逛逛，收到電話就可以走過去入座Menu上嘅Tasting Sets 可選各款熱飲、朱古力/馬卡龍/費南雪，我一心嚟試熱朱古力，作為朱古力愛好者， 當然選有朱古力嘅Set好食度：✔️✔️✔️✔️➰ Faubourg Set $105包一杯熱飲及2款馬卡龍/朱古力⚑ Caracas 顏色深啡黑，熱度恰當，用上純黑朱古力調製，口感滑順，質感濃稠掛杯，慢慢飲也不會出現沉澱結塊或水油分離，味道沉實微甘👍🏻⚑ Guayaquil 濃厚香醇黑朱古力加入香滑雲呢嗱，顏色比Caracas淺一點，味道微甜不膩，偏好牛奶朱古力嘅人必定選依款⚑ 2 Ganaches∾ 80% Caracas (Plain dark chocolate)純黑朱古力香滑，微甜後帶點回甘，但我偏好再苦再甘啲∾ Abyssinie (Ethiopia coffee flavour)同樣是黑朱古力加入咖啡調味，咖啡屬偏酸口味，不愛帶酸味嘅咖啡人士就不太推薦∾ Anastasi (Hazelnut) 黑朱古力咬落依然滑，濃濃榛子蓉層次豐富，比較似金莎奢侈濃郁版∾ Rocher lait (Almond) 黑朱古力配上香烤杏仁碎粒，雖然比榛子淡口，比例恰度好處，有口感之餘更能突出黑朱古力微甘及香味👍🏻💬 特別注意餐廳6點關門，環境令人坐得舒適，好多食客嚟坐低食個Tea又或者邊工作邊嘆杯熱飲，以價格同環境嚟講，性價比不錯👍🏻喜歡朱古力嘅人仲可以去朱古力櫃揀心水帶個禮盒回家慢慢嘆🎁
I had always wanted to try their hot chocolate here but never seemed to pass by. Today was finally the day.I tried the Faubourg set. I asked the server which hot chocolate out of the 2 was less sweet and she kindly recommended the Caracas. For the Ganaches, I chose the coffee and orange.The hot chocolate came and it was definitely the best I tried in Hong Kong. It was aromatic and rich without being too sweet. The consistency is so thick you are forced to drink it slowly and appreciate its flavors. The orange and coffee flavor of the ganaches flavors still popped up but I think I should have ordered it at another occasion so I can appreciate it fully as the hot chocolate was really rich.Next time will try their Guayaquil and Financiers.
