先來的沙津很清新,特別有印象的是那個青瓜,切得大大個的,很爽脆。

魚的外層也不錯,但魚肉就略為遜色了一點,因為沒有彈性之餘很腥。

Went to this Wanchai institution for drinks with a buddy and it turned out to be the worst ever evening out in Wanchai.After signing for the bill, we noticed that we were charged three rounds of drinks when we only had two. We told one of their staff that and soon, a lady came up to tell us that we were supposed to check our bill when they asked "cash or credit card" as if they could not void the credit card transaction and charge us the right amount. The waitress started asking around her colleagues how many rounds we had apparently they have no way of keeping tabs beyond their memory, so it's their word against yours.So we brought it up to the chap behind the bar, presumably the owner, who promptly voided the bill and charged us for the right amount and was polite all the way through.But as we were leaving, one of the waitresses thought that we were there to scam them of a round of drinks and shouted "liars". We promptly went back in, intending to ask what exactly was the problem and the bartender backed her up with a "so you want to take this fight outside?". Sheesh. All this over a round of drinks.Fortunately, there's a whole stretch of pubs there that I don't ever intend to step back into this joint. If you ever do go here, be prepared to be called names if they get your bill wrong.

We were on a food trip with friends for some consecutive days when we spotted this restaurant & bar along the busiest entertainment and dining spot in wan chai.The neon name ''Old China Hand'' and the UK flag are simply eye catching though for what we thought it was somesort of chinesebritish food and drinks concept as what it may seems. So we got in and sat down. The ambience was good but I would have to say it needs to be more well organised. The staffs were friendly and the lady staffs are beautiful as well.The guy chef looks smart and professional. I would say he's cute and handsy too. They offered us a food menu and pizza promotion which looked interesting.As we could not wait to try the mouth watering menus any longer, we ordered Bangers N' Mash, fried Chicken in a Basket, Sirloin Steaks, Chef's Curry, the Pesto Chicken pizza and Meat Lovers pizza. And here comes the ratings.5 stars for the Chef's curry. The meat was so tender and tasty.I will have to say this is one of the best chicken curry I've ever tried.The yellowish fried rice was awesome.4 stars for the Bangers N' Mash, it was very nice.The mashed potatoes was garlicky and creamy which was perfectly tasty.The sausages is so best matched with the beefy gravy.2 stars for the Chicken in a Basket, it was OK but I prefer the roasted chicken and the traditional breaded fried chicken style.5 stars for the grilled steak.It tasted very well with grill aromas.5 stars for the Pesto Chicken pizza.The crust was so crispy that adds up with the flavors of the pesto and chicken.We loved the combinations of the tomato sauce flavors which was excellent. We so happen to feel as though we weredining in a star restaurant while stomaching the juicy tender steak as well as the crispy crusted flavorful pizzas.Big ups to the amazing Chef! He sure gotta be winning the heart of diners with his hearty dishes and well, perhaps, he sure will win the heart of the ladies too.I shall give my highest recommendation to any one who craves for steaks and pizza as well as for the curry. What y'all waiting for?!?! Visit old china hand and have a try of the mouth watering dishes now!

別了Canny man 後,意猶未足,還是9:15pm 左右,記得附近有些吧還未過happy hour,便來這裡。

都幾多人,大部份是外籍人士。

叫了嘉士伯和kilkenny,因為tetley 真的不順喉,電視重播英超維拉vs 紐卡素,勁悶。

最後多要了一杯嘉士伯,3 杯才是$104,非常抵飲。
