Tried this newly opened gastropub during this long weekend holiday, and We enjoyed our meal so much. Heard that Hungry Pal is created by the former chefs from carbone, buenos, and Veda, so I was really excited to try this new place out, and it didn’t disappoint. We were the only guests on a public holiday afternoon, I think they deserve more ppl to know! I love everything we orderedctopus, crispy pork belly, linguini vongole , Cajun fries and sweet cornThe octopus was extremely tender and flavourful, The pasta was also delicious, love the chewy texture of the homemade linguini , the Cajun fries is crazy yum, I couldn’t stop myself from eating that, we had to order one more after 😂 the sweet corn also is a side that must order, u won’t regret it. Besides the good food they serve, I also appreciate with their attentive service, their staffs are all very friendly and professional! And they even got this portable air conditioner next to the window seat! How considerate of them! We enjoyed our window seat with this chill air during this hot summer!! I love window seats like this but normally it becomes so hot during summer time, and they are so thoughtful to put an extra air con there. I’m totally impressed! (Last week I sweat like a pig at Shady’s window seat 😂)They also have a decent drink list at a reasonable price. We ordered two bottle of Prosecco and everything altogether was $580pp only, pretty reasonable. Overall, I think everything is so on point, and I love this cozy and casual vibe here, is such a great place to hang out with friends for some drinks and some decent food.

Always delicious food and great service here. Here are photos from my lunch there their burrata is super fluffy and light and melts in your mouth. Comes with what I call yuzu bombs, and tomatoes sourced from the Netherlands. The salmon was surprisingly delicious sous vide, served with couscous and a homemade beet root sauce 🤤 wish I’d had room for their fries though they’re the best when paired with a drink!!
