Located in the quiet neighborhood of Cheung Sha Wan, @terra.coffee.co is a modest corner cafe with outdoor seating. Different hues of purple bring a distinctive style to the interior, making every corner #instagrammable . When we arrived around noon on a weekend, 3 indoor tables were still available.The hojicha latte adorned with a swan pattern came first. The flavor was quite wellbalanced with the natural roasted bitterness of the tea and the sweet creaminess of the milk going well together. The highlight of our lunch. The cold soba topped with cucumber and egg slices was super refreshing, especially after pouring both the katsuo tsuyu sauce and goma (Japanese sesame) dressing to enhance the taste. The slow cooked chicken breast pieces were tender and not dry at all. Highly recommend. This last dish was served after half an hour upon ordering. Apart from the bacon and scrambled eggs being slightly too salty, we enjoyed everything else, especially the kaya toast as it was a unique substitute for regular toast/croissant. Quite a hearty portion, so it’s best to share with another person.

🍞咖央牛油多士 $60 (8.3/10)呢個多士完全係全部嘢食入面嘅主角💚塊牛油厚度超級邪惡🤤🤤！多士烘好香脆，配埋咖央同牛油真係好香又唔會好甜，完全冇得輸～我地表示爆血管都開心咁爆🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🧈英式鬆餅配忌廉芝士及士多啤梨果醬 $35 (6.9/10)整體好乾🥺🥺而且鬆餅冇咩味道，有啲似食緊一埋麵團。
士多啤梨醬比較甜～比較一般。
🍵抹茶卷蛋配鮮雜莓 $55 (7.3/10)抹茶味都幾夠，蛋糕質地比較濕同淋💦，但就比甜味蓋過咗少少抹茶嘅甘苦味～如果多啲忌廉同埋少甜就更加正了😆🥒🥑菠菜多士配牛油果醬，滑蛋，青瓜片，巴爾馬火腿 $60 (7.3/10)牛油果醬配埋滑蛋已經好creamy🤤加埋鹹鹹地嘅火腿再有埋青瓜中和refresh 下，令整體都幾特別🐖。
☕️Latte $40 (7.5/10)☕️Flat white $40 (7.3/10)Latte 的苦味比Flat white 濃，兩者奶同咖啡比例都幾平均。
這小型的角落咖啡店，位於長沙灣東京街與保安街的交界。
店內以淺紫做主調 一入店就給人一種舒適的感覺💜Coriander Tomato toast綠色的菠菜多士💚💚 賣相好特別! 加上芫荽醬、蕃茄、Parma ham同芝士等食材。
多士烘得外脆內軟，加上濃味剛好的芫荽醬，微鹹的Parma ham上更放有一片半烤熟的帕馬森芝士。
整體配搭幾夾，味道不錯🙌🏼Mixed berries chocolate ice cream waffle 甜脆的waffle+ 朱古力雪糕，面上灑有黑朱古力碎同朱古力醬，使成件事十分朱古力🧇🍫 Waffle有三塊，是較厚硬嗰一款，我幾鍾意❤️ 因為就算影相影到雪糕溶左，個waffle都仍然好脆。
甜甜地食完心情大好!! 飲品方面我揀左Hojicha latte。
見到朋友嗰杯Matcha latte是用點茶的方法把抹茶粉沖泡而成。
應該沒有額外落糖，令飲品有茶本身的苦澀味。
不過大熱天時飲杯凍飲都係好爽的🥳店面雖然不大，但店員們都好nice同搞笑，很會跟客人打成一片😆如果唔係落雨，坐係出面都應該幾chill。
不過坐入面都幾好，是一個十分愉快的下午!
家附近的角落開了一間有❤️的新咖啡店，今天只嘗到咖啡和蛋糕，希望下次有機會嘗他們的食物。
咖啡師也與客人互動交流，喝咖啡的香味、濃度。

位於長沙灣一個街角的角落，有這一間小型咖啡店，以白色和淺紫色為主調，店舖設有一大塊玻璃燙門，天氣涼快可以全開開放式，或燙門全拉上，店内可以開冷氣。
識坐一定坐入面高枱涼住冷氣啦。
如果喜歡同咖啡師聊天，呢度嘅咖啡師一定會同你傾偈的😂😂Espresso Tonic (HK$50)．特濃咖啡溝梳打汽水．夏天必飲嘅咖啡．苦苦地又有氣泡，是會上癮的Barccio (HK$60)．特濃咖啡溝薑啤．我覺得係espresso tonic嘅更複雜味道版．第一啖會覺得嗰味道好奇怪，又苦又有啲辣，不過會越飲越甜，順口咗😂Coriander Tomato Tartine (HK$70)．好特別的菠菜多士，綠色少見，厚切，烘熱後皮脆內軟．搽上一層芫荽醬，與新鮮番茄和巴爾馬火腿片一齊食幾夾．最正就係仲有一件暖暖的厚切帕馬森芝士，我鍾意食❤️餐牌
