Have always wanted to try this matcha shop. Finally got a chance to in Tsim Sha Shui near City Super. *For your information, the one in Times square, Causeway Bay had closed down.This Matcha Tiramisu was just terrible!There were a lot of Matcha powder on the top, I liked that.However, underneath was all cream! Just cream!Well to be fair, there were some sponge cake but all I had been eating was basically cream.Tasteless cream.The cream wasn't those very light ones, it was rather thick and heavy.I am a bit disappointed as it wasn't really "matcha" but I managed to finish it with my friend with the our greatest effort.Wish they could do something with the cream, add more matcha in the middle as well, or immerse the sponge into concentrated matcha to add moreflavour to the "Matcha Tiramisu" which did not taste very matcha now.

對於只喜歡飲綠茶/抹茶而不喜歡吃嘅綠茶/抹茶食品嘅我，今次鼓起好大勇氣俾個機會佢。
佢真係好值得一試！個cream打得好幼滑，即使加入抹茶都唔會搶晒啲奶味；蛋卷又唔會過甜，有時真係好怕食到啲蛋糕，係食完飲極水個口都會一陣酸味咁，個原因就係因為太甜！但佢呢食完之後，整個口腔充滿住淡淡抹茶香味，唔會一陣苦澀味！真係齒頰留香❤️可惜今次我哋雪耐咗少少先拎出嚟食，令到個蛋卷唔夠濕潤，下次一定要試埋個原味啊🤤🤤好期待啊
抹茶卷蛋 ($150)😳肥妹至愛😍😍☺️茶之環抹茶卷蛋! 雖然表面睇落平平無奇但當你咬一啖你就會知有幾特別😍味道好似食緊芝士蛋糕咁但又唔會好似芝士蛋糕咁滯👍🏻卷蛋亦都唔乾身 夠鬆軟抹茶cream幼滑 唔會太甜之餘食落仲好滑好重抹茶味！食完一舊好想再食多舊！😭肥妹肥仔極力推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻雖然價錢相對上較其他蛋卷高但肥妹認為值得一試😍💸 (分到56件左右)
黑豆 x 抹茶卷蛋真的能引發購買慾! 茶の環卷蛋一向以鬆軟、抹茶忌廉香滑濃郁見稱，所以不用我多說吧。
但是加入了北海道蜜漬黑豆好像令卷蛋整體感覺變得較為甜膩。

今日喺citi super 行超市時，見到這間，被店內的抹茶甜品吸引著，我在廚窗前望了一陣，🤔心想不知抹茶會𣎴會有點苦呢？由於自己很少吃抹茶製作的東西，😅還猶豫買不買時候，店員很有禮貌地推介這個抹茶啫哩及布甸甜品於是我選擇買了這個套餐，然後我又買了一個抹茶銅鑼燒及一個生抹茶紅豆鹽大福回家吃。
有乾冰，方便外賣。
味道還可以的！對少喝抹茶的我來説，抹茶味還可以，唔太濃郁，😘喜歡有紅豆蓉，糯米丸子無味道的，粟子都幾好味。
😋下次要試下卷蛋先得。
