Peking duck roll 7.5/10 the roll is quite good with the peeking duck tender meat and the skin with duck grease aroma, although the duck is not warm and crispy anymore, the sauce for peeking duck matches with the lectures is very good. the wrapping is 有口感同飽肚. the only disadvantage is it's a bit expensive costing 4x hkd and it is a cool dinner. berries yogurt 7.5/10 the yogurt is also good, with berries sauce, with good sweet and sour balance. which makes plain yogurt more fruitful. the sweetened, honey cereal also makes yogurt haves a more different texture and crunchy with a smooth yogurt texture. but overall it's a bit too sweet and it is not a choice for burning fat as it contains quite a lot of sugar, but generally, it tastes good.

平時趕唔切食lunch，經過地鐵站都去買份三文治，佢地嘅公司三文治同小龍蝦三文治都係我嘅最愛，新鮮嘅火箭菜配啖啖鮮美嘅小龍蝦，煙燻煙肉雞肉同番茄生菜經典配合。
健康又便利嘅一餐搞掂！不過佢地嘅產品價格比起其他速食會貴d
最近練body,營養師話protein ratio可以提高啲，所以想透過飲食改善muscle firmness。
不過為左應付下午workload, lunch 唔可以食太light。

餡係烚雞蛋碎、新鮮蕃茄加沙律醬，沙律醬唔係卡X果種，味道唔酸同埋淡啲，最中意佢有黑胡椒帶點刺激！🔸藍莓乳酪Pret既乳酪比較厚易有飽足感，同埋有cereal, quinoa, 南瓜仁做topping ，口感好豐富
This is my favourite from Pret: Peking Duck Wrap!Peking Duck Wrap ($44), I think it’s a bit pricy coz it won’t be enough for a meal. However, I can say its the most delicious wrap I have ever tried by far. The idea of using duck inside the wrap is quite new and it’s perfectly match with the spinach and mayonnaise inside. I will definitely recommend you to try this wrap for your afternoon tea or as a snack, it’s so yummy and will make your day
快靚正，又方便既午餐。
午餐唔係太肚餓又唔想食飯，又唔想食熱氣野，又想健康啲，我就揀咗佢做我嘅午餐😌。
🔻雞肉蘑菇熱烤卷🔻有個warmer 熱住的烤卷，所以買到手個陣都係熱辣辣既😌。
撕開個包裝袋，望落去個皮好似好硬咁🤣。
但係咬落去係軟架wo🤤，再咬多啖，的芝士爆出黎咁，拉絲得黎又好香，雞肉唔鞋口，加埋蘑菇個味道好夾👍🏻。
有時午餐真係唔需要食飯或者麵既，間唔中食下呢啲卷物，食啲輕食做一餐，其實都係幾好嘅選擇👍🏻
