My friend who lives nearby told me about this little new joint. Saying that they have an interesting dessert that is made with fish maw, which is a great supplement of collagen. Usually fish maw is used in savory chinese dishes or in soups. Immediately, i am intrigued and so went to try out 2 days ago.The decor of the shop is clean and minimal. Staffs are quite friendly and patient in explaining what's on the menu. They not only have chinese style desserts but also western ones like soufle and waffle. In fact, they are having rose cheesecake on menu now. Perhaps i will go back to try in a few days' timeLet's go back to the fish maw which i intend to try in the first place.... It's being stewed with mainly milk. There are other ingredients too but not sure what their names are. However, it doesn't taste too sweet or too rich. Everything is just the way I like it . Wow... and the amount of fish maw they are serving... it is quite a bit ... considering that it's an expensive ingredient (if u don't already know). Yum yum! I think i m definitely coming back for more

喺朋友口中得知附近開咗間新嘅甜品店。
環境衛生：因為新嘅關係，入面都仲係好新淨。
白色牆紙陪上柔和嘅燈光令人坐得輕鬆愉快。
兩邊牆都放有推薦食品嘅相讓人先預覽一下亦是不錯嘅裝飾品。
服務：服務員態度有善，當我地問有咩推介嘅時候都樂意解答。
味道及價錢：全店均採用Movenpick雪糕。
喺店員嘅推介下，我地三人點了兩碟甜品加杯果茶。
本身見有Beeramisu，不過以保持新鮮，每日製作有限，而我地去嘅時候已賣哂，真可惜。
一. 水蜜桃茶（$25）紅紅的一杯茶，聞落好香甜，但飮落勁酸，不太有水蜜桃嘅味道，不過喺幾特別。
二. 香芒脆脆拿破崙配雪糕（$42）出奇地不是太甜的一碟。
脆脆中夾有d偏酸嘅新鮮芒果及芒果mousse。
口感同味道都爭d，而且側邊嘅芒果雪糕又酸到痺。
有小小後悔要咗呢碟over Baileys Soufflé。
三. 朱古力心太軟（$42）好好食！流心朱古力勁濃，最重要嘅係唔會太甜，一定係用咗黑朱甜度先會咁適中。
溫暖嘅朱古力配上冷冷嘅雲呢拿雪糕簡直係天衣無蓬嘅完美配搭。
食完超滿足。
Final Verdict:值得支持的用心小店。
