🪴The third 的新店，淡灰綠色的牆配上木色的檯櫈，一點小清新，一種舒適的和諧。🥞跟元朗店不同，這間主要是bakery店，所以Menu和元朗店有點不一樣。今天和朋友嘴饞一起吃個甜品，這裏的確是不錯的選擇。🍰Autumn ($50) + Flan Cake ($60)Autumn是桂花紅棗Latte，雖然紅棗味很淡，但桂花味很香！取名Autumn真的很貼切。嗅覺味覺都很滿足，值得一試！Flan cake上層是布丁燒，下層是蛋糕，的確是好吃的。嗜甜的朋友還可澆上焦糖漿和焦糖脆脆一起吃，層次感更豐富。這間西營盤新店的Menu還不停加入新的選擇。期待下次再訪時可以試到其他新東西。📸 Pls follow my IG: manman.hygge

\ 星期三到訪在西營盤的新 bakery café ∿ /popped into the new bakery cafe on eastern street (syp) on the third day of the week for morning cakes and coffee ☕️flan cake $60the flan cake (custard pudding + sponge cake) was surprisingly 👍🏻ꪔ̤̥👍🏻 ᵎᵎ no wonder it’s their signature 💫 ∿ it had a creamy, eggy flavour reminiscent of purin (which is basically the japanese name for crème caramel / flan lol) and just the right amount of sweetness, which can be suited to your preference by adjusting the amount of caramel ∿ a drizzle of the caramel imparts a honeylike sweetness and makes the cake tender and moist a satisfying pairing with the silky custard and crisp honeycomb (and of course a cup of coffee!) ˘◡˘sesame financierthe sesame financier was perfect for my sesameobsessed friend but a bit too monotonous in flavour and a tad dry for me 👉🏻👈🏻 ∿ in my opinion, it could use bit more complexity in flavour and texture :33dirty $40
Had a stroll in sai ying pun and was looking for a coffee to recharge. Randomly walking around, a friendly wave from a staff inside a cute cafe caught my attention. Went inside and have no regrets. Ordered a Flan to share, a Morange and the Bomb. It was definately refreshing, the environment was very comfortable with upbeat music and yummy Flan. Recommend the bomb for anyone who likes sour things
