Despite its called "brunch", its actually served at night with an optional free flow package. My friend and I chose the basic cocktail free flow package and got to try all 3 cocktails and the house red and white.Out of all the 3 cocktails, Inverted Bubble Falls was my least favorite as it was leaning to the bitter side while the Green Jungle tasted the best and most refreshing. As all 3 cocktails are made of Hennessy VSOP, which is quite strong, it will affect your sense of taste/smell for the other wine. The Malbec was not affected but the Chardonnay somehow smelled like popcorn when we tried it(I am sure it normally does not taste like this). So if you really want to try all of it, start with the Chardonnay before the cocktails.The starter was appetizing with the tarty components such as passion fruit and lime.Their onsen egg was perfectly cooked and you really can imagine it like an eggs benedict at brunch.Although not stated in the menu, the 3 main courses can be refilled once(we only refilled the cod and steak). We agreed that the fish was the best out of the 3, seasoned perfectly with the lime and coriander while remaining really juicy.The roasted pineapple actually would have been the perfect finish for the meal with the tropical coconut icecream matching the tarty pineapple. I felt the pineapple could be roasted a bit more but it would have been a great concluding dessert.However, they decided to conclude the menu with the banana fritters. Unfortunately, this dish was a bit too oily and sweet to conclude the meal.  There was also a bit too much flour on top of the banana when it was fried and way too much sauce on top. I felt this was an example that less is more and maybe they can consider removing this item from the menu or making a less oily/sweet version of it.The servers were all attentive and polite. However, the music was a bit too loud for us so my friend and I cannot chat much.

今年在OZONE吃生日晚餐，位於ICC香港麗思卡爾頓酒店118樓， 時尚和高貴的設計格調， 帶給客人視覺和味覺的雙重享受。

餐廳有室外和室內環境， 我們坐室內， 可惜當日天氣比較大霧， 如果天氣好的話， 可以一邊享受美食一邊欣賞香港醉人夜景。

一坐低我們先點了兩杯Cocktail～Metal $140、Earth $140， 然後晚餐我們點4 Course Set Dinner $588 per head，Appetizer～Tomato Salad ＆Smoked Salmon 。

2nd Course～Spicy Quail Legs ＆Gambas。

Main Course～Lobster Mac ＆Wagyu Beef Burger。

Dessert～Upside down Cheese Cake & Chocolate Lava Cake。

📝Cocktail :餐廳推出Five Elements雞尾酒系列，講五大元素，就是以墨西哥籍調酒師Oscar Mena以金、木、水、火及土為主題，設計出五杯分別命名為「Metal」、「Wood」、「Water」、「Fire」和「Earth」的雞尾酒，每杯也有其元素的特性、顏色和味道。

🔴Metal～ 金屬造型杯子非常有格調，kombucha jasmine tea散發出絲絲氣泡，酸味與檸檬汁讓人刺激味蕾，再加入了香甜的Italicus利口酒和梅酒，展現雞尾酒的酸甜享受。

🔴Earth ～朗姆酒注入香菇和根乳香，再加上自製香蘭糖漿，並配以可食用的黑煙蠕蟲。

膽粗粗叫來試下， 味道都幾好㗎， 大家可以挑戰下！📝Appetizer :🔴Smoked Salmon～ 賣相幾靚， 煙三文魚好肥美。

🔴Tomato Salad～ 沙律菜好新鮮， 份量都唔少， 其實菜新鮮， 加少少醬已經好好味。

📝2nd Course ：🔴Gambas～美味的橄欖油大蒜蝦， 彈牙脆口肉質大甜， 配上蒜蓉包， 非常滋味。

🔴Spicy Quail Legs～鵪鶉腿好精緻， 帶點香辣， 幾惹味。

📝Main Course :🔴Wagyu Beef Burger～ 漢堡包質感非常柔軟， 和牛牛肉漢堡肉味香濃， 配上香脆好味的松露薯條，食到停唔到口。

🔴Lobster Mac～ 鮮甜美味的龍蝦肉配上奶酪通心粉， 口感creamy， 賣相和味道都一流。

📝Dessert : 🔴Chocolate Lava Cake～巧克力熔岩蛋糕， 朱古力味極香濃， 有爆漿的效果 。

🔴Upside down Cheese Cake ～ 芝士蛋糕味道香濃，口感柔滑。

因為生日所以餐廳送了一個生日牌， 非常精美， 多謝餐廳的貼心服務。

💕OZONE 除了食物質素好， 這裏的雞尾酒更是非常特別， 還要讚一讚店員們的貼心服務， 配上美麗的餐廳環境， 過了一個難忘的生日晚上。

試了特色晚飯菜牌，其實都算幾抵食，份量不太大但是菜式和食物賣相及味道都算精緻。

最喜歡他們的燒菠蘿和椰子雪糕，和迷你壽司卷，款式分別是南美燒牛肉壽司卷，和八爪魚壽司卷。

主菜有魚及牛柳，魚煎得非常滑，一啖即溶入口。

飲品推薦他的五行有酒精及冇酒精系列，這次點了一個火及金元素的飲品。

上菜速度滿意，一邊吃飯一邊伴住美麗的香港118樓的夜景。

要講風景靚嘅酒店，其中一間最能居高臨下睇盡維港美景嘅就係Ritz Carlton酒店。

位於酒店嘅118樓，號稱全世界最高嘅酒吧，酒吧有環迴270度嘅維港靚景，樓層極高，係酒店咁多間餐廳入邊睇風景最好嘅。

餐廳有室內同室外兩部份，如果要講景觀就當然要坐室外，七月中天氣好熱，但可能又位於高層通風好好，所以就算陽光普照嘅夏天，坐喺度都唔會覺得好熱。

118樓corner位嘅風景，絕對比得上$5000一晚嘅酒店套房。

我哋選擇左望向太平山方向嘅維港同汲水門方向嘅位置，打卡影相都好靚。

餐牌好有特色，其中以五行創作左金木水火土五款雞尾酒，餐牌亦都用咗五款唔同材質。

由於我本身屬餓金命，所以我冇睇到未到就選擇左metal。

味道都唔錯。

另外小食我哋叫咗爆谷雞，味道不過不失，不過嚟呢一度其實主要都係食靚景啦。

全世界最高酒吧原來係環球貿易廣場118樓香港麗思卡爾頓酒店既OZONE，約海拔490公尺！餐廳由日本公司Wonderwall設計以城市中伊甸園為主題，在升降機已感受到設計主題所在...升降機牆身由不同大小樹葉紋圖案皮革拼貼，設計時尚富格調，藍色氛圍中欣賞香港風光。

酒吧不單有兩間獨立廂房露臺，更有駐場DJ現場混制型格音樂，連站立位置可容納440人。

享用亞洲風味小吃、小盤料理包括壽司手卷及特色雞尾酒的同時，香港醉人景色盡收眼底。

黃昏時分，室外露台係俯瞰城市璀璨燈光既理想地方，周日來到還可享用一頓豐富的早午餐。
