seafood were fresh!especially the lobster sashimi!u would know the lobster is fresh because of the textureand because I saw the lobster was still alive when I arrived lolthe BBQ food were fantasticthey were grilled just rightespecially the lambit was mediumbut the waitress didn't ask me how I want itI like it medium rarethe texture was fantasticjuicy, even the fatty bits... lollake of selection of dessert though
又一次証明團購的餐都不是沒有水準的, 朋友喜歡嘆杯酒食生蠔, 看到這間生蠔bar的晚餐, 二話不說就買了簡簡單單的裝修, 環境優雅, 播放著輕快的歌, 令人坐得舒適House white wine – 我們的餐是包一支白酒, 白酒酸甜度適中, 易入口, 不會因為是團購餐就給一些下價貨主菜有法國生蠔及藍青口, 阿根廷赤蝦, 黃金螺, 北寄貝刺身生蠔是即開的, 鮮甜肥美, 吃到淡淡的海水味,大大隻的赤蝦, 絕不將價就貨老闆希望將最新鮮的食物帶給客人, 令他們再次光臨藍青口番茄闊意粉 – 番茄味濃, 意粉煮得煙韌, 連同紅洋蔥一起吃, 帶點辣辣的, 很美味吃罷意粉後, 老闆再介紹這裡的燒烤做得非常出色, 我們便點了燒羊架羊架燒得香口, 沒有過火, 微微的焦香, 非常juicy, 果然無介紹錯呀老闆很熱情, 還請我們飲咖啡, 咖啡名叫moonlight, 帶點果香味, 不用加糖奶也不覺得苦澀
今日放工同朋友諗住入大坑揾食 。
行到一半見到有間裝修唔錯的餐廳。
望左兩眼。
個reception就出來推介我食set dinner。
見到唔係好貴。
所以入左去試下。
之後好攪笑。
個樓面成個木排拿左入來。
介紹個set有咩野食。
我就叫左個燒鰻魚反+ 左個法國生蠔同沙律。
朋友唔食蠔重叫左個燒虎虾同燒雞中翼。
法國gillardean生蠔+田園沙律生蠔肥美。
味道有層次。
蠔味濃。
不錯沙律就普通田園沙律 無咩特別 燒鰻魚反用新鮮鱔燒好特別唔同出邊果。
正朋友點左燒羊架肉質嫩，少少羶味 鐘意食羊的可以試下燒虎虾同雞中翼隻虾燒得好香。
肉質彈牙燒雞中翼。
皮脆肉嫩好食食物不錯有生蠔。
有燒烤。
有主菜 毎人三百蚊右左 。
差不多喇
去大坑找西餐吃，經過時店長在門口說會給九折和「麵包」，叫我哋試吓，但埋單時竟收了我兩盤共$78麵包！還有原本想開一支$288白酒，但佢話沒有了，只有$320。
仲不止，叫了一個串燒$58，埋單是$68，店長是忘記了更新餐牌喎！
I wanted to celebrate anniversary dinner with my hubby on our first year anniversay and so we found a western restaurant in Tai Hang. We read the menu and glanced the inside table setting and thought this one should be a nice place to dine in so we decided to have a try.However, some dishes on the menu were not updated and we were suggested to order other ones. The salad and the seafood we ordered were not fresh, the lamb rack was overcooked and hard to have a bite. We told the staff about it (actually we didn't ask for cancellation nor exchange for another dishes), to our surprise the staff gave us a rude face and walked away. I wanted to make a complain but my hubby said the staff there all seem didn't want to assist as they actually noticed we had issues yet still ignoring us.We were quite angry and finally left without ordering dessert there (We have never left without trying the desserts in this kind of restaurants)
