I didn’t really expect much given its most austere decor which just oozes the mediocrity of your average tsa tsann ting. Still no harm in giving its food a go right? From the get go it’s worth pointing out that the waitresses were all really nice and accommodating though the food that came out of the roster was seriously below average. The chops were under seasoned and the rice was just too clammy. I also tried out the soup but it was luke warm and flavourless. Overall not really disappointing since I didn’t expect much, only the cooking felt so lazy to me that given the abundance of alternatives around there’s not much of a reason for me to pay the diner a second visit. It’s as basic as it gets.
喺九龍灣啟業村做街坊都幾幸福，因為有間全福堂設備齊全，有多款唔同性質嘅早、午、下午茶和晚餐樣樣都有得食，尤其是係下午茶兩點至五點半，只係33蚊已經有碗三樣餸嘅車仔麵同熱飲品一杯。
又有甜品多款任君選擇，價錢都合理。
