this is a new restaurant features garden setting, fusion food, by chefs used to cook for some important people ......first of all, the garden is small, mostly manmade, not much landscape at all.the dinning area was inside a tent like, semiopen room. not fancy at all, we were sitting on folding chair, with no cushions, but a cover.second, for $500 set, the food were not as i would expected, not much taste, fusion too blend.third, service is by some guys like security personels, how romantic is that?if you come here for food, it is absolutely not worth it ...
14/2(六) 7pm都怪自己貪慕虛榮,挑了這家來頭甚顯赫的中日私房菜,情況劣如把自己送上斷頭臺.預定了情人節套餐$380一位,菜式如下:喜悅相思,體貼入微,窩心燉湯,山盟海哲,心心相印,甜酸與共,鴛鴦茨寶及甜甜蜜蜜喜悅相思海哲拌雞肉及少量海苔,以鹹蓋全的一味!體貼入微中型以日本蕃薯墊底同炸,色澤帶金,蝦肉及蝦膠味鮮彈口,唯油份略甚...窩心燉湯白蘿蔔瑤柱冬菇燉湯,湯色清澈,湯味屬清甜派.山盟海哲即關東煮,其材料如魚片及竹輪,質地有如浸泡透的麵包,索然無味,苟且得很!心心相印以崩硬的炸麵粉籃盛載著梳打牛柳,不屑入口!甜酸與共嗆喉的甜酸魚用上石斑塊,本質不俗;已屬較能吃得下的一味!鴛鴦茨寶稠身糊口的芡誠然教人倒胃...甜甜蜜蜜厚皮糯米糯搭襯桂花什豆糕,另一粗製濫造之作...坐於臨時帳篷下,氣氛不怎麼優雅.這頓情人晚宴,壓根兒自作孽...
2月14日情人節諗住跟老公搵d特別嘢食.睇到 web 有好嘢介紹 "主打富中日特色的新派私房菜" 所以去試下.Price : HK$580/person 8道菜包了一杯紅酒.頭盤 : 雞絲粉皮 好咸其他 : 蝦 好細隻 五柳魚塊 好酸 日式煮物 食獅子狗魚旦 伍佰幾蚊食意d嘢, 勁離譜太極飯 用回五柳魚塊的酸汁 無誠意埋單勁慢勁混亂, 超過 20mins, 焗住多入15mins咪標.總括 : 價錢與食物材料不合理, 味道一般, 言過其實. 好失望.
If $380 per person is charged, I do expect a lot more than:not organised for reservations it didn't seem to me that I've booked at allfurniture well, I guess I expect some solid tables & chairs than folding table + chairs with seat covers (some kind of disguise??)the 1st course tiger prawn on papaya:the mayonaise was very disappointing as it tasted like straight from the bottle.Can the cook blend in a bit of mango and make a sauce that's not so heavy and special?the other dishes were not that "special"the desert red bean soup was a total disappointment.It was just far far far too thickby the way, the service was ......., you're being served by some "ahmahs" kind of like having a lunch box in the school wheeled in by the janitors
