此店上一手是夢幻飯堂, 夢幻飯堂午餐得過且過, 結業是遲早的事~ 新店名字相對吸引得多, 故開業不久便來了~點了個麻婆豆腐飯跟湯, 真善忘, 忘了是甚麼湯, 不過記得湯味清新, 一定不是味精湯, 但不夠濃郁~ 麻婆豆腐飯也對辦的的, 不過要錯也錯不到那裡…另外, 店主似乎省了不少錢, 除用回夢幻飯堂的裝修外, 又購入一堆有點爛的傢俱, 所以要留意檯椅的腳~其實自從樓上靚湯結業後, 一直心有不甘的想找另一間食店取代~ 就是始終都找不到那碗湯的味道, 真洩氣…靚湯, 你去了那裡…
今天公司有show, 這種日子通常整天都有人進出, 還是吃個豐富早餐為妙. 未到11:00AM便回到公司(因為時間實在不許可在外吃早餐了), 不如試試早餐外賣. 外賣早餐B, 即牛油方包+白菌火腿奄列+蠔油冬菇湯烏東+茶走=$18. 送外賣的阿姐很有禮, 竟不好意思按門鈴在外等著(該是怕找錯地方吧!). 奄列放在烏東上面, 蛋已煎成蛋皮, 是太熟了, 有少量白菌和挺多火腿, 蛋味也不夠. 奄列下面是兩片大冬菇, 每隻約半隻女孩子手掌大, 肉頗厚, 也入味. 烏東份量夠而沒給浸淋, 湯頗清仍夠味, 喝掉整碗後也似乎沒覺口渴. 茶走很滑口, 剛合我口味. 牛油方包放至3:30PM當點心吃, 當然只是薄薄的塗上點點牛油, 但麵包, 還是軟的. 這個策略該足以應付工作至晚上. 結果不出所料, 略略收拾好下班時已是十時...
