某日經過中環的時候見到的間「Protein & Plants」，頓時覺得好適合我，因為我平時主要就是吃植物和蛋白質啊！！(ok，還有好油) 睇真少少原來都有素食，除了可以吃沙律之外，更提供四個不同呎吋的 Impossible Burger 俾你揀，最平 HK$43 就有交易，實屬經濟之選！Protein & Plants 店面不大，在中環窄窄的威靈頓街上，扶手電梯隔離條鈄路轉彎就見到。小店以外賣為主，現場只有四個面壁位可以坐低食。餐點其實都好簡單，你可以揀「Protein Bowl」或者「Salad Bowl」，然後自己配搭想食乜野，櫃入面的米飯、蔬菜和蛋白質類可以望過再決定。唔食澱粉質都唔使擔心，店內竟然有提供椰菜花飯，生酮低醣人士福音！沙律類有生菜、菠菜、番茄、粟米、紅菜頭、豆類、南瓜、牛油果醬和芝士等等，各種顏色都有非常健康。飲品可以自己的雪櫃揀，都係比較健康的冷壓果汁或者椰子水之類。口痕亦有比較健康的脆脆零食可以購買。這是自選沙律的餐牌，蛋白質類暫時無素食選項。反轉後面就有素食選項啦，有四款唔同呎吋的不可能漢堡，可以加錢配番薯條。另外都仲有款「Vegetarian Burrito」可以食，當然都可以點沙律。店內最近做緊「Like」FB 或 IG 送椰子水的優惠。這碗是自選沙律，我喜歡紅橙綠色都有，沙律汁有五款揀，由最健康的「Olive Oil Vinegar」到辣辣「Spicy Mexican Pepper」都有。 Super Deluxe Impossible Burger HK$118 / Healthy Sweet Potato Fries (+HK$28) Cheese Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, MushroomsImpossible Burger 有四款，基本上係越貴越多配料，這款係最貴 HK$118 勁大個，我覺得正常人叫「Deluxe HK$78」已經夠食，食埋番薯條夠晒飽。最平的 「Delicius Impossible Burger」只賣 HK$43，都有洋蔥、生菜和番茄，可能係全香港最平。有食過 Impossible Burger 都知道佢有幾似肉同幾 Juicy，平時食得好清淡的素食者間中都可以放肆一下，不過我想過呢個漢堡包真係好大，我個口唔夠大咬 XD。配料驟眼看起來沒有很多，但其實分量剛剛好，咬下去每種都有吃得到，味道都夾得幾好，整體來說做得唔錯。順帶一提，點番薯條個汁辣辣地又幾刺激幾好食，佢地的番薯條係用氣炸鍋炸，吃起來比較健康不油膩。中環其實真係幾多方便又好食的素食選擇，又要記低多一間啦！

Protein & Plants 係一間主打健康高蛋白餐單嘅外賣店，店入面亦有少量座位可供堂食但小編今次嚟主要係試佢地嘅impossible burger 🍔 入面有vegan cheese，蕃茄，生菜，洋蔥同埋蘑菇。

My and my family wanted to eat something 'healthy', as we are quite health conscious and love the idea of supporting places that advocate a healthy and sustainable lifestyle; we decided to give the P&P Roast Chicken(Whole) to go for our meal at home. I have to say I have found a place that clearly does not compromised in giving one a dining experience that they swear by. No extra ingredients, well cooked juicy chicken with a good skin sear. On my own I have tried the salad bowl which offers me everything I need for a decent price and balance of protein, fats and carb. I like the idea of coming to a place that seriously wants to deliver healthy food and does not compromise with with their ingredients. I like that the staff remember their cutomers and their preferences too. I remember one of the staff asking another customer, 'the regular sir?' and that was it. Going to a place is more than just the food, the overall service really makes it a place to come back for me.Con: they could do with some innovative sauces
Firstly, in terms of the food quality they walk the talk. Fresh ingredients and well cooked quality meats. I quite enjoy the spinach rice they. have on offfer, it complements very well with the rest of the mix! For someone who has an extremely busy schedule and finds it hard to get some healthy nutrition in my system, this place is the absolute goto if you are working around the Central area. My lunch time starts at 12:30, I walk over, pick up a Protein Bowl and I am usually out of the shop within 5 minutes(depending on days they get busy of course). Something I love about this spot are the hygiene practices which are so evident from clean kitchen tops to extremely welcoming staff. For the price I pay I am able to pack in some essential nutrients that really help me get through the rest of the day and my postwork workout. Definitely coming back!
