知道CARBS開左冇耐，一直心動好想試下，除左店內既裝修特別可以打下卡，pizza 貌似好吸引，不過店面比較難搵，係石板街斜路上去，見到H code 轉入小巷，住九龍新界既朋友可能要搵一搵路。

店面比想像中小堂食既位置，估計做外賣既生意居多，而且店面開係商廈既地下。

叫左個2個pizza，上面呢個叫last call，平時食開圓形大大個意式pizza，見到呢種方形美式既以為都係打卡靚味道平平，但食落真係好有驚喜。

材料係好簡單既basil, mozzarella 同spicy vodka source, 食落唔油膩都幾開胃。

下面呢個應該係supreme square,以為有肉pepperoni會惹味d，但食完last call再食呢個，覺得呢款太多味道，反而唔係太吸引，唔知店員係咪有考慮味道濃淡（或純粹製作時間唔同），先上味道淡d再上味道濃既，相隔左都有大概15分鐘。

見新開有special price combo, 我同友人加購左sweet potato fries 同milk shake, sweet potatoes fries 值得一讚，平時唔好sweet potato fries 既我，都覺得呢個fries 值9分，即叫即炸好好味☺️☺️☺️

As a carb lover, I can’t wait to come try this newly opened pizza joint. Carbs is created by the same people behind Cookie Dpt, serving deepdish square pizzas (detroit style pizza) with various dipping sauces. I ordered this spicy pepperoni pizza and added $10 for the hot honey dipping sauce. I wanted to order tater tots and milkshake as well, but I was a bit full… so only tried a slice of pizza today. The pizza dough’s texture is kinda like bread, fluffy and more filling than Italian pizzas. I like the the crust of the pizza which was quite crispy. I think it was pretty good yet nothing too special about it. As pizza can’t go too wrong anyways.. I think i will still come back to try some other kinds of pizzas and dipping sauce. Wanna try milkshake and other snacks too, but I have to bring some fds to go with me next time.. their pizzas are quite filling. And is good that when I have pizza cravings but don’t wanna get a whole pizza, I can just come grab a slice.

CARBS is softly opened at the hiddenalley in H Code. Despite the small space with few bar tables for seating, CARBS has done the great job in creating the modern andupbeat ambience. As its name suggest, the counter served high carbs food, including the signature detroitstyle pizza. Girls, don’t count the carbs in pizza as you will just fall in love with the thick crispy and chewy crust plus the well sauced base. Moreover, don’t miss out their homemade dipping sauce: garlic butter, hot honey, sweet chili ranch, spicy creamy vodka, cheddar cheese, they paired well with the dough or the sides tater tots/curly fries🤤.

中環又有新開pizza店！喺 H Code 嘅 Carbs 主打 Detroitstyle Pizza，底特律pizza特別在長方形之外，餅底厚同煙靭。

Last Call除咗有水牛芝士同羅勒葉之外，仲有spicy vodka sauce，非常香口邪惡。

對鍾意拿坡里風pizza嘅湯姆，就有啲太油太膩，不過如果你係鍾意厚派，都可以一試！⁣⁣Another newly opened pizza place Carbs at H Code, featuring Detroitstyle pizza: rectangular pizza with a thick, crispy, and chewy crust. The "Last Call" came with fresh mozzarella, basil, and spicy vodka sauce. It was good, but as a fan of Neapolitanstyle pizza it was a bit too oily and much for me!⁣
