我呢個朋友一向識飲識食，佢住喺元朗，係元朗地膽，今日同佢行山，佢帶我食啲嘢先。
佢話呢間名門，啲嘢好抵食，係平靚正之選。
可能喺鄉村嘅酒樓都係比較大間，呢間都係，但係12點已經全院滿座，我哋都等咗大約15分鐘。
估唔到真係好平，$118午市套餐，包括兩隻乳鴿、一鍋上湯瀨粉及一碟油菜。
乳鴿雖然細隻咗少少，但係都好多肉，我哋兩個用手品嚐，好滋味。
碟油菜成座小山咁，都幾大碟，好抵食。
一大鍋瀨粉，兩個女仔食，都係一個挑戰，好彩我哋因為要行山，所以都要多啲體力，食晒～😂
Having spent a long day in the countryside in Yuen Long, we drove to this Chinese restaurant and I have to say it’s such a disappointing dinner to wrap our day.Located in the remote rural area in the New Territories, it has rly colourful and conspicuous neon lights that draw everyone’s attention.However, the food is mediocre at best, considering that we’re already really hungry and exhausted after one long day of strenuous hikes and supposedly we would have a good appetite.The fish is really dry and overcooked, so the meat doesn’t retain its tenderness at all.The sweet and sour pork is also a tremendous letdown so to speak. The meat is dry and rigid again, and the sauce is too salty and totally not sour enough. The only thing I like about this dish, lamentably, is the pineapples and bell peppers, largely because it rejuvenates my taste buds after tasting so much overly salty food.The meat combo again is really dry. Even the char siu (Chinese BBQ pork) is so dry and lacks the honey flavour that usually results from the caramelisation of the pork upon being burnt on charcoal.Oh btw, huge flies kept “paying us a visit” while we dined here, buzzing around and scaring the freak out of me, which made me doubt the hygiene of this restaurant. Overall speaking, I really don’t recommend you try this restaurant unless you live nearby and need to have a quick bite or a quick meal in the neighbourhood.
有睇過我之前寫嘅食評，就知道我成日都會去飲茶，原因唔係因為我鍾意，無奈地都只係因為我身邊嘅友人勁愛飲茶啫 ╮(￣▽￣"")╭特價茶點(>^ω^<) 芋角 ~ 暖暖哋，都唔熱嘅，其實都唔差嘅但唔吸引╮(╯▽╰)╭煎蘿蔔糕 ~ 都係暖暖哋完全唔熱再叫咗牛肉球、燒賣、同鮮竹卷。
樣樣都好普通，講真我都冇咩心機評呢間茶樓，因為質素好一般╭(╯3╰)╮唔特別好或特別差。
對我來講，我哋唔會再尊登嚟幫襯，但又唔會抗拒到話一定唔會再嚟咁囉。
