5.1 假期玩晏咗匆匆忙忙到IFC搵食好多餐廳都要等位哩間門口有花籃店員又好友善介紹而家有soft opening menu原來今日第一日開張怪不得人手非常充足嚴陣以待嘅感覺😂裝修幾靚不過只有三兩枱客一入門口有大pastry櫃不過係賣包為主坐正open kitchen 對開要對廚房衛生同談吐好有信心先好咁做因為廚房大佬講嘢都幾清楚但同時睇到其他廚師用心煮嘢食都幾有趣豬鞍皮脆肉嫩非常厚肉好好食雞肉炒飯個菠蘿都燒得好靚卡位坐位舒適靠大玻璃窗都好relax另外制服都幾modern尤其waitress有個高瘦女仔carry得好靚😂即興問有咩甜品隨意點咗個佢哋推介嘅因為想寫字chocolate banana pie🥧 原來中間有我最愛嘅朱古力mousse!面有杏仁片底層有香蕉同酒味估唔到咁好味！！！畫花同隻碟都好襯好有心機👍最意外係埋單以為收少錢原來佢地話試業甜品未入機😂個甜品當請我哋食非常sweet呢多謝晒～🥰今晚絕對感受到服務滿分咩國籍嘅staff都好nice嘢食也不錯甜品又合口味中環晚餐哩個價錢同環境CP值非常高👍

Few weeks ago, there was a big rain and we do not really want to have lunch in outdoor area. We saw there was a long queue outside Chapter but the staff saids it is a fast queue so I line it up. Turn out, this is actually a queue for lunch box which serves mostly Asian food I do not exactly remember the price but it is around 80 for a 2 dishes + rice lunch box. We tried… not bad… but a little pricey.For our second visit, we skip the queue, directly head into the restaurant. We sit next to the open kitchen which allow us to see the busy kitchen and staffs keep passing by.Once we sat down, they immediately gave us a plate of bread. Crunchy and tasty.We order a set lunch, which includes drink, appetiser (salad or soup) and main course.I ordered their house drink Fruit tea. I like the idea adding passion fruit seed in the tea.The pumpkin soup is delicious. Not watery and well seasoned. Dip some bread into the soup and that was great.I ordered spicy clam fettuccine with white wine sauce as a main. Clams are sweet but got a little sand in it. The staffs are very thoughtful and gave me an extra bowl for clams.Overall, it is a comfortable environment and great food. Personally I feel the ambienece is quite alike to simply life. The set lunch costs around HKD 250.

喺尖沙咀搭船到中環後，已經晚上八點幾，想搵最近嘅餐廳，就喺IFC中庭揀左佢，本來仲擔心時間太晏冇晒主食，好在仲有set dinner。

未揀嘢食，店員已經送上麵包同生菜。

餐湯係洋蔥湯（可以加錢轉其他選擇），洋蔥湯上面仲有塊芝士多士。

主菜叫左豬鞍同鱈魚，豬鞍外觀好靚，切開係粉紅色，好香好多汁，配上薯蓉、燒茄子。

鱈魚外觀平凡，但食落口係味蕾嘅享受，外皮鬆脆、內裡肉質彈牙，魚味非常甘香。

晚餐包括甜品，非常滿足。

A convenient place to have lunch. We booked the table for lunch online and understood the dining time is 60 mins. But the staff would keep reminding u the time, so we couldn’t enjoy our lunch. Felt pressure and couldn’t finish my food and drinks coz the waitress cleaned our table without asking. By that time, we still had 20 mins but they requested us to pay for bill and then asked us to leave immediately.Although we explained to the waitress that we still had 20 mins.She asked her manager to send us the bill immediately.Not recommend unless u want a fast food service.

去睇演唱會前，又唔係太肚餓，就randomly係ifc 揀咗間餐廳。

可能因為新餐廳，客人唔算多，都唔使等位。

Order咗兩個starter, 一個main, 同一個湯. 食物中規中矩，正正常常。

最後我哋發現落單，miss咗個tempura, 但由於趕時間，就由佢。
