二月十四的約會打後固然意猶未盡當然要來愛店打個轉碰巧儲齊印花當然要吃其免費雪糕吧Green apple比起之前食過的red apple guava sorbert (230107食評)已不算太酸加上啖啖碎碎的果肉很好吃再配甜到漏的caramel 正好來一個甜酸大對比也正好與是日的意境相配至此全線xtc分店都已寫過了發現雖然他們的外藉店員都懂廣東話但說英語所得到的服務態度普遍高很多不過為吃著好的gelato間中扮扮中產也是可以接受的
20050521 2pm屋企附近食完午飯, 過o黎中環睇醫生, 醫生明明叫我戒奶類食品, 都係忍唔到口, 說糕照食可也 hee hee我要crema + pistachio, 男朋友都係crema 不過就搭芒果.pistachio 依舊美味, 我暫時都無食到邊間好食得過XTC, cream 係蛋黃+檸檬, 幾清新, 唔錯唔錯, 畢o左男朋友兩羹芒果o黎試, 偏酸但係夠真.個人comment, 香港咁多賣gelato o既舖頭始終都係XTC 最好食.
呢個sorbet 好酸呀! 真係好似將檸檬榨汁雪凍黎食! 如果作為法國菜中場清口腔o既sorbet就適合, 但係如果作為飯後甜品就有d"攞苦黎辛"....食完仲驚自己會胃痛添呀!
吃過薰衣草雪榚,好怪但我又覺得好好食^^ 雪榚裡面有粒粒的薰衣草, 吃完全口都有香味, 好得意~
