地點在中環大館，還算方便。
服務質素就........... 不敢恭維 。
價錢還算在market price range範圍以內， 不見了但也不算太貴。
食物質素就一般， 飲品味道水平就正常。
There are many cafes / restaurants and we love to have a better view, so we looked for the place at upper floor..The location of The Dispensary is excellent, upper floor and can view the Parade Ground from the terrace. .Less variety of nonalcoholic beverages,we ordered “not guilty” & “off duty” and some dim sum which were all very good.Steamed barbecued pork buns were so delicious..Service is average good.Staff in the bar are more friendly then the receptionists and waiters..This is a good place to chill out, very relaxing.
Had a drink there, the outdoor terrace is quite nice and relaxing overseeing the middle plaza.Favourite drink there is opium old fashioned, the classic drink with smoothen taste. The waitress is very considerate and voluntarily cancel the bill for a drink that I don’t like.
