I’ve been a frequent visitor to the restaurant for salads. Service has been good until today as there was a middle aged guy at the salad bar who was very rude by any service standard. He kept shouting to not only me but other customers, yet couldn’t hear clearly what I was ordering even thought I raised my voice. Feel like a dai pai dong!
I was there with friend to have tea time. I got decaffeinato latte and tea. Plus croissant. Caffè latte decaf was good and croissant decent quality. After we finish the croissant we decide to get one more and I went to the service bar. I was asking to get one more croissant and same time I ask the bar to have just little bit milk since the latte was to hot. The cashier in really aggressive matter ask me you have to pay for it!! I was surprised first for the aggressive manner totally inappropriate and 2nd because never pay for it. On the end the ask me to pay extra charge hkd 5 for just small portion of milk. Totally unacceptable. I am surprise so nice chain of restaurant use to be totally aggressive to the customer!! Please improve the quality of service since instead to be aggressive must check the table to clean up after customer left, since despite customer left table there was many table unclean!!
在中环置地广场找地方吃早餐，Simplylife 是不错的选择。
除了地方干净卫生，环境也很舒适，最重要的是烘焙产品有很多选择。
10点多到达，还没到高峰期，客户当然不多，店内很清静。
玻璃柜內有不少烘焙产品供客人选择，而且卖相都十分诱人，价钱在中环来说也算合理。
Banana Danish 有注明是用日本面粉制作，表面放了朱古力颗粒，并洒上糖霜，但甜度适中。
中间有几小片香蕉肉，但没有表层的朱古力粒好吃。
另外的 Black coffee 就不怎么样，咖啡太淡，缺了咖啡的香味，味道很普通。
这顿早餐不是太特别，但以环境和选择来说，它是一个不错的选择。
由於香港嘅疫情都仍然嚴峻，基本上自農曆年後都無出過街食嘢，早、晚兩餐都喺自家製，而午餐都喺嗌外賣晌公司食。
為已為人，盡可能都減少人群接觸。
今早，就因為工作開係，要早啲返到公司處理，故趁早無乜人嘅時段，一支公晌「Simplylife Landmark」嘆番一次早餐，以解解悶氣，調節一下心情。
由於一清早，真喺客人唔多，大部份嘅都喺買走，少部份堂食客都好自動坐開啲，絕大多數都喺一個人嚟，靜靜哋睇吓報紙、碌吓手機、食個早餐，所以，感覺都幾舒適。
小弟就搵咗個近門口位二人枱，一支公慢慢嘆。
早餐時段，食物嘅選擇主要都喺啲烘焙產品及三文治，例如牛角包、丹麥酥、蛋批、比高圈、各式麵包、英式鬆餅、三文治，選擇非常多，全放晌玻璃櫃裡面，賣相十分吸引。
雖然唔似啲快餐店咁有啲早餐ABC套餐形式，不過，晌星期一至五，11:00am前，凡購買烘焙產品或三文治，都可以以優惠價配飲品。
正就正在唔會只得基本熱飲，揀鮮奶咖啡都唔使額外補錢。
老實講，睇住個餅櫃，望落個個出品都烘得金黃，色澤閃亮，真喺花多眼亂，唔知揀邊款好。
都諗咗好一陣子先揀到心水：榛子丹麥酥，再配一杯焦糖鮮奶咖啡。
榛子丹麥酥 $16佢哋啲丹麥酥定價都唔貴，目測都喺$15$18左右，唔算貴。
而揀榛子丹麥酥，除咗因為酥皮嘅烘焙產品難做，好講手勢之外，而榛子醬亦難自己搞，晌出面食好過啦。
睇見外觀已感覺好得，件丹麥酥面面放上好多烘過嘅杏仁片，仲灑滿糖霜。
大口咬落去，層酥皮真喺堅香脆，而且，充滿牛油香，加埋啲杏仁片，寧舍有口感；中間嘅榛子醬，榛子味超突出，柔滑芳香得很，絕對喺無得輸，極之好食。
焦糖鮮奶咖啡 +$15不過，杯鮮奶咖啡就有啲失色，本以為以佢哋咁嘅格局，做杯鮮奶咖啡會拉吓花，尤其是當時嘅客人亦唔算多，不過，拉花就欠奉喇。
還好嘅喺杯咖啡嘅質素都唔差，醇香，口感平均、順滑，帶點焦糖嘅濃香甜味。
依家正值非常時期，近排仲因為大量留學生回港避疫而引起第二波嘅爆發添，希望人人自律，盡量唔好人群聚集，減少交叉感染嘅機會，要是出街食嘢，最好都喺「自閉」一吓。
