Came to Base Hall for lunch and while boyfriend was choosing something else, I decided to try a place called Roti Tori. It said Japanese style rotisserie chicken. Hmm?Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge as it's a food court. However, prices were pretty steep. It was about the price of dining in an actual restaurant with service. Utensils are all compostable and very good quality. So, you know why the food court costs more than the average one.I ordered a quarter chicken combo which included a quarter chicken (more like a drum stick and a some of the breast) a choice of side (I chose potato salad) and a choice of sauce (I chose yuzu mustard). All this for a whopping $98! It looked a bit sad considering the price I paid. But then I took a bite.The chicken was wow! It was juicy and so packed with flavor. The yuzu mustard dipping sauce was eye opening. I had never thought that combination would work but it did. And it's now my favorite sauce.The salad was ok. Could have done with a bit more mayo and a bit more creamier. But that's my preference. Portion was a lot more than expected.I added $20 for a yuzu slush as I saw a number of people ordering this. No regrets! It was fantastic. Cold and flavored throughout with yuzu. It was so good. They also provide you with a pasta straw upon request. Um...yeah. Not a fan of the pasta straw as it started to get sticky after a while so I'll use my own straw next time.Though a bit expensive, I'd still be back. The food was really good despite the huge price tag.

The newly opened food court, BaseHall, has become the new togo place for people working in Central, it’s always packed during lunch, dinner and happy hours. Visiting it on a Saturday afternoon gives me a higher chance to grab a seat among all the families and “KOLs” taking zillion of photos in the crowded food court.There are quite a number of restaurants that I would like to try, and I decided to try Roti Tori first.The menu might look complicated at first, but it’s actually quite easy to understand once you start reading it. I got the 25% combo with miso onion gravy, and rotater tots as side.The 1/4 chicken appeared to be small, but that was actually quite enough for a solo dinner. The chicken was really delicious! I didn’t even need to dip much miso onion gravy to eat it with. Love the crispy skin and the tender, juicy meat.However, the Rotater Tots definitely stole the thunder. I love anything made with potatoes, and potato tots are my favourite! And this one was superb with the furikake seasonings!!! I just couldn’t stop eating them!
New open food court in central must try! This roster chicken & salad taste really good! But the portion is pretty small! I think I need to buy a bun or soup to eat again after that! And I hope the owner can adjust the portion next time! Worth to try if you not hungry 😂👍🏻環境很好！不過人太多，味道還可以，不過份量太細，吃不飽
