The J.A.M concept is to have an upscale food court which serves dishes from Korea, Vietnam and Singapore it's a great idea if you and your foodie friends cannot decide on what to eat. I had visited this place during their soft opening to see how it differs from the other foodhall concept in Central this place being more centralised meaning there is only one place to order food rather than 5 different stores/kitchen. However noting that this place is all about 'set lunches' (appetiser, main and dessert) it is quite expensive for lunch, costing around $140$160 especially when you consider that some of the addon 'drinks' were just canned drinks... Some of the meal portion were also fairly different, in which the Korean lunch sets seem to have more food than the Singaporean ones.. BUT as it is a soft opening, you really have to tolerate it being rough around the edges, while the staff had tried their utmost best to ensure customers were happy (also quite happily handing out feedback forms as well!)I had ordered the only vegetarian lunchset on the menu:🍚Fried Tofu with dried noodles nicely textured noodles with a mixed spicy sauce, deep fried tofu and sliced mushrooms . I was a bit lost when I started eating, as I expected sauce to be on the side, and behold after some mixing of the noodles all the sauce was hidden beneath. Noodles were not as dry as I hoped it to be, possibly due to the noodles not being able to quickly cool down after cooking leaving it to be left with all the noodles stuck together.🍚Pandan Crepe personally didn't feel like the pandan flowed through at all. It was thin crepes wrapped with peanut and coconut shreds. Unfortunately the wraps were a bit 'loose' with no syrup or sauce that held it together, making the texture rather problematic.🍚Achar Salad quite a refreshing start to the meal, with a nice tangy pineapple sauce and crunchy cauliflower florets.

I'm always on the lookout for real Singaporean food so came here as soon as they opened. This is the first time I've found Bak Chor Mee in HK, and it was definitely authentic. Take note that this is the spicy chilli kind, not the vinegar or tomato ketchup kind. The set came with otahotah which was as generously portioned and as tasty as the noodles. Kueh dadar was okay. Wish they had more a la carte addon options for bigger eaters, but I can understand that maybe logistically that would be a nightmare considering there are four stalls/cuisines sharing the same kitchen. Note: we ordered from Uncle Quek inside J.A.M.
中環有一間新開嘅地方見喺附近有啲肚餓呢個位置幾方便 就入咗去坐得都尚算闊落同舒服好似food court形式 佢有自助點餐或者係櫃檯點餐佢裏面有三間餐廳嘅料理 今次食咗一個韓式嘅 年糕餃子牛肉湯個湯飲得出真係好用心同材料去炮製 係用心之作餃子🥟有三粒 大大粒 味道一般 唔算特別好味 得三粒有啲少 食唔飽 年糕份量都幾多 另外朋友食咗一個東南亞特色嘅飯落嘅香料好多 食落去嘅味道層次好豐富 我哋分別都係叫咗同一個雪梨薏米水 熱飲呢個絕對係非常足料同好飲 品質比鴻福堂的還高 絕對值回價錢百幾蚊一位 一個main course+一杯嘢飲嘅茶市套餐 中環地區 地方就腳 食嘅材料好高質 有興趣嘅都可以去試吓
