I was a bit hungry and then it started to rain! As I was in the middle of Sheung Wan, I ducked into this small shop called Fruit Day and decided to get a bite to eat.The place served salads and sandwiches, smoothies and tea. Healthy light meals. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. There is very limited seating so it's mostly for take away.I ordered an avocado with garlic and egg toastie set for $38. It said it came with a homemade fruit tea.Well, when it appeared the toastie was actually more like two slices of toasted bread with a very minimal smear of egg mixed with a bit of avocado. It was ok but I guess I was hoping for more avocado. The homemade fruit tea? That was the most surprising of all. It was yuzu tea. Yes, that stuff from a jar where you scoop out a spoonful and mix it with water. "Homemade" is a bit stretching it. The only thing is it was super cheap so I guess I can't say it was so overpriced I felt robbed. I guess I hoped too much as the photo looked completely different. At least the service was friendly. I still won't be back.

其实算是老主顾了，自己和同事都非常喜欢。

是一家食材新鲜、有创意、很贴心的沙拉店。

特色饮品果昔也非常好喝，没有用牛奶，用更适合多数人的豆奶，非常有心思。

吃了很多次，多数是whatsapp点单外卖自取。

也是可以选择堂食的，不过店铺较小，外卖吃更方便些。

今天听说是最后一天，心里觉得有点可惜。

希望老板早日再开一家店，我们会继续帮衬的。

份量不會吝嗇，味道很夾。

希望可以持續經營。

不會小氣的份量，還用豆奶調理飲品，減少了牛奶的流膿時產生的細菌。

如果可以持續轉換新款的沙律，更會更上一層樓的，位置較不起眼的，招牌不是太明顯，給兩家賣垃圾食物夾在中間，導致途人不容易察覺，垃圾食物店鋪的廣告價格牌太影響途人的眼球。

近排的起心肝做運動，今日開始更從飲食開始～見食評有讚冇彈，價錢合理，於是揀了這間試下。

叫了個$68揀3款的沙律餐，今日有8款揀，其中2款係熱的（估唔到）。

唔食開沙律的我為穩陣揀了一款熱的跟牛同雞，揀了是日果茶。

好快有得食，見有飯底應該唔怕晏些肚餓。

但食食下先發覺我原本唔係要飯的那個，是想要藜麥的那款。

同店主反映下，先知搞錯了。

但店主好好人，另外裝了碗給我試！雖然係試，但份量都唔少喔～最終食唔晒薯仔浪費了。

但今次經驗很好，會將這間小店列入lunch名單之中。

下次可試下湯同另外一個輕盈餐，還有toast set都好吸引呀！希望小店能夠keep住，以合理價格留住客人又可維持經營，保持食物質素。

it’s my first time coming to fruitday, I’ve been to many salad bars but this is one of the best. There isn’t much options, only 8 salad options and two carb based salad but each salad option is packed full of protein/ meat and ingredients. Usually these salad places are a bit stingy with their cost but this place isn’t. The options of salad changes once every week. The flavour is amazing!!! I love how each salad is rich in protein! I love how they give you loads of filling. The price is $78 for four salad options. I highly recommend because of the reasons mentioned.
