I went to flavour after work at around 6 o'clock, there was no one there just one man behind the counter on his mobile phone. I looked slightly bewildered as to what to get and asked him what he would recommend.. Trying to get him to talk as well as know what would be good to which I got a quick 'I don't know, it changes every day'.. With very little help or reason to be there I quickly ordered a Spanish baguette and went home.The baguette was amazing! I have missed French bread! No one does it like them! The filling was nice and while strong flavours never overpowered the chewy crunchy bread! Maybe I got an off night with service, the food was great but the service makes me wonder if I'll go back.

I have always wanted to come here but couldn't find it.Fate brought me here again after spate of French meals recently.On New's year eve I did not want to dine at restaurants where they had obviously pumped up the prices because it was NYE.I had a place in mind where you would not expect their prices to go up but as I was wandering I noticed this yellow shop which I did not notice before.I have walked past it so many times and missed it.Anyway went in and discovered it was a mini French grocery shop selling cheeses, baguettes and you can even order food and dine there.The chewing gum that you can buy in France can be bought here!!Huge selection of quiches, cheeses, hams, drinks and desserts~Quiches galore!!For food, the meals not including drinks or soups were about $5565 which is an amazingly deal compared to other French dos.While I sat there, there were so many French expats coming and going for French groceries.The hot seller were the baguettes and cheeses which is their staple food!NOW YOU SEE ITNOW YOU DON'T!! Gone within 10 minutes!~The owner is really NICE and GOOD LOOKING just as the review says~~Here was what I had!!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fish in creamy white sauce:The fish was succulent and flakey covered in creamy sauce.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Spinach and feta quiche:The quiche selection was annoying because there were too many to choose from and the size of each quiche was HUGE!! About the size of a brick!!It was loaded with spinach and flavoured by the cheesy crumbly feta.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fries:The fries were a bit disappointing because they were not French. I found out the new restaurant <Flavour> since I was being a sister for my marriage friend end of March!I had to go along with Possession Street 水坑口街 to reach Central Park Hotel 中環麗柏酒店 on that day! Today! I found it out at new restaurant list at Openrice website!So that, I'd decide to buy my lunch here today!After I walked for 10 minutes to get there from my office, I was sweating! <Flavour> is a restaurant for providing home made quiches (餡餅), salad, sandwiches, pasta...and grocery for selling various of can food over the world! E.g. Thailand, Germany, Italy, USA.......There is a comfortable place with a few tables It gives me a deep impression for the table cover with map pattern!So special! I LIKE it! The foreigner boss is so handsome with blue eyes who is so nice!He asked me whether I need the receipt! Salad is $65 which is so big size for me! It is as big as 盛載蘿蔔糕的兜!Quiches (餡餅) is vacuum package! However! The presentation is really ~ ~ not attractive! I would like sandwaiches instead of !It is packed in a paper bag, make sure it keeps clean and fresh!Well done! Parisian sandwaiches $55 + soft drinks ( lunch set )It is huge as around 10 inches long in French style! Wow! It is including a long slice of emmental cheese 艾曼塔芝士 and smoked ham! Perfect match!Cheese is soft taste! Smoked ham is not as strong taste as Parma ham. The baguet is crispy and light with wheat flavour! It is also including some vegetables at the base! Really healthy & feature!It was so delicious! I like "Nestea" lemon tea rather than "Vita"! Anyway! It is a little bit expensive!
