Diners can mix and match dozens of meat or veggies to meet one’s appetite.Besides, they also provide a similar menu as Chachaantan (local eateries) such as pork cutlet with gravy and rice. From what I observed on the date of visit, more than half of the diners opted for nonfish soup base items. Is that a good indicator of their signature dish?a) Vermicelli in Fish Soup with Deep Fried Chicken Wing and Fish Meat Wedges 招牌魚湯底配私房脆皮雞翼魚片頭 ($33) – 8/10I picked their signature fresh fish soup which was in right colour and flavour with no MSG added. The vermicelli used was of good quality, smooth and of even thickness. They marketed their fried wings marinated with secret recipe, they were freshly fried and tasty.
