Reviewed on 2013年6月2日 鰂魚涌榮興 早餐B轉丁 彈牙: 9/10 味道: 10/10 彈牙的程度依然是十足的，但麵芯稍為偏硬了；麵底的味道亦甚為突出。
間中都會去下呢間食lunch,次次啲餐湯都似水，呢個唔緊要，因為送既，平時都係食開咖哩牛腩飯，今日去到都係食呢個唔，飯到左，但啲牛腩得果兩粒，咁叫左收銀個果丫姐問：碟牛腩飯既牛腩好似少左啲，牛根多左，請問可唔可平均啲啲呢？丫姐立即答：牛根比多左啦！！ 又一間持住客多唔憂做既茶餐廳，一定唔會再去！
其實我呢個八十後好中意d舊式的茶記或姐冰室, 呢左鰂魚涌學跳舞成個幾月, 經過左呢間榮興茶餐廳 個幾月, 終於係一次趕急既情況下試到佢本身諗住食沙爹牛麵呢D又快又平的野. 點知入到侍應叔叔話今日咁凍食下煲仔飯啦於是我地3個女仔叫左2煲 立腸排骨 and 潤腸雞飯未到先飲湯, 送既, 薏米紅蘿蔔青蘿蔔, 湯碗好大, 侍應叔叔亦非常好人問"夠唔夠丫? 唔夠再俾你" 味道很好, 我亦不客氣要多了半碗坐多一陣嚟了一煲, 呢到用既立腸係非常粗既 立腸,冇榮華立腸咁硬身, 都不算太油膩, 飯焦很脆口, 平日對飯焦不太大興趣的我亦一試傾心另外更喜歡潤腸, 同立腸一樣非常非常粗, 但比立腸林身, 可惜3個人分食得幾粒haha..下次有機會再食食到飽學跳舞俾miss 罵了一餐hahahahha
The Milk Tea here is honestly not bad at all in a Hong Kong Styled way, it even went onto gaining a place in the HK Milk Tea Competition finalists list, even if that is suspiciously jigged and endorsed by the Holland based company of Evaporated Milk manufacturer.I won't fall into this trap but as an always independent reviewer, I really think this was quite ok and supportable without being of kissarse qualityl ! It still could do with more improvements however What I do recommend apart from the tea however, is their Fresh Beef with Eggs Sandwich.The Prawns with the Scrambled eggs rice was too watery on one occasion, and the Luncheon Meat (Spam)with eggs on another day was too stingy in fillings.The fresh beef and eggs sandwich meanwhile was executed to a good standard!!They alos make some very good daily soups, and are provided FREE to the loyal customers. This is a Chan Chaan Teng which is quite hard to rate fairly as most of them are merely of the same mediocre quality,but I did think this shop has lots of potential, but also could be better executed to elevate it to another level. THE HONG KONG STYLED MILK TEA, AND THE BEEF WITH EGGS SANDWICH, nevertheless are definitely worth being recommended and revisited even though it could still be so much more better executed....Not a bad Cha Chaan Teng at all.
香椒豬扒飯.跟餐的仲有個中湯.好特別的係會送餐俾你的~都係5分鐘有得食, 好快手, 一看, 咦, 其實係炸豬扒飯+ 茄汁味一般.豬扒唔炸得太乾, 都仲有肉汁, 好采!但d汁好像 茶餐廳feel.少許辣, 係好少辣.
