路過芬尼街轉角這間小店，見櫥窗陳列了數款甜品，不禁駐足觀看。
入內一看，小店地方不大，廚房佔了大部份地方，以外賣為主，放有兩張堂食枱凳。
小店提供沙律，意粉，三文治，餐湯，串燒和甜品等食物，選擇不算多。
適時，店內只有一名忙個不停的女店員。
多口一問，她就是Helen,小店開業約四個月左右。
店內貼有"香港水耕植物集團"標貼，估計蔬菜可能選用了水耕之作。
紅酒燴蘋果$25，以透明膠杯盛載，極具視感效果。
咬下去，酒紅色的蘋果極其爽脆甜美，咬口嚼勁甚佳，且帶紅酒淡淡的酒香。
若紅酒味道更加香濃和突出，一定更加完美。
