Was given an order number and told to listen out for my number. But I was kept waiting around for my food order which was not called. Noticing many food orders with similar items leaving the food counter and no sign of mine, I asked the cashier if I normally had to wait this long and was simply told to wait for longer. After waiting 10 minutes , I asked the serving staff where my order was and seems they forgot to process. Was simply asked to wait for longer again after 10 minutes I decided that I didn't feel welcome here and left feeling negative.Meal chosen only consisted of a chicken wing, sandwich and a tea drink. During the 20 minute wait, a whole line of customers collected similar meals with no sign of mine or any updates, apologies, or explanation.1star for service.

今日嚟到馬鞍山做野，下午茶唔知食咩都係要幫襯大家樂百物騰貴樣樣野縮水就大家都知，但大家樂d質素都真係好每況愈下，下午茶份量少之外，價錢又唔平。
貌似好多野食，但份量勁少 ，雞翼細隻，正常一個男人如我真係食唔飽，係加埋凍飲情況下都要成$40的話，有選擇既話我情願食返茶餐廳，幫襯下小店仲好。
健完身9點幾，唸唔到食咩，就過去大家樂睇下，見到個滑蛋粟米肉粒飯，好耐冇食就試下啦咁。
叫左餐等左都幾耐下，終於有飯食。
同以前既粟米肉粒飯相差太遠，而家呢個雖然好睇d，但完全唔夠味。
一個平常的人類，係平常的日子當然唔會食咩特別野啦！陪伴不少年輕一代成長的，各大快餐店當然佔左一個席位。
牛扒餐，係小時候讀書考試考得好，或者大時大節的食物。
能夠去大家樂食已經開心到不得了。
但隨著時代轉變，而家食大家樂係廢青毒L先會食的東西。
呢類快餐店被標籤會失敗者或老餅先去的地方。
其實身為屋村長大的我，一直都覺得食大家樂唔係咩可恥可悲的事。
相反，而家每次同屋企人去食都有點溫暖的回憶，其實有時簡單平常的食物反而突顯家庭的溫暖，過往溫馨的回憶。
