My friend and I had the displeasure of eating here on our trip to Cheung Chau. At the front of the shop, photos of available dessert was displayed. It looked pretty good, so we went in. However, once we got in, it took ages before the staff took our order. There were also inconsistencies between the menu and the photos displayed outside. We weren't inmuch of a hurry and were willing to wait. Once the food got here though, i was shocked. It was of the poorest quality, and instead of the clear lychee/ yogurt flavoured "bursting beads", they gave us red strawberry flavoured ones. Everything else including the sago and nata de coco was flavourless and plain syrupy. This is not how any type of dessert should be made. Putting everything in a bowl and serving it doesn't make it dessert. The worst was that it was pricey for such poor quality. There's no way an outoftheway shop in Cheung Chau could charge $39 for this syrupy mess, when I could get this in the middle of the city at Mongkok for $18. Utterly unacceptable
同肥髀逛長洲，長洲真係小食天堂，五步一間，今日天氣唔熱，但戶外行程，食下凍食都唔錯，行過一條巷仔，見呢間唔起眼果汁店有冰凍水果串賣，個賣相都唔錯，無坐位！店外貼滿各種果汁嘅好處單張，比肥髀自己揀，佢揀咗芒果冰（$13）每串用膠袋包好放在透明冰櫃，店員攞出來比我哋，打開膠袋，兩片厚身芒果肉串在竹籤上，咬一啖已經好鍾意，食得出無添加糖，純天氣果肉，靠果肉內甜味，唔假！真材實料，咬落酸酸甜甜！好過癮！好食過雪榚！我同肥髀爭住食！呢種尋寶嘅感覺好正！希望可以令多啲人認識呢種小店！
