星期五同幾個朋友去咗呢間餐廳"MADERA" 食飯 , 開頭見佢門面無咩特別點知一試後發現D食物真係唔錯喎 我地點咗 :白酒藍青口 D青口肉質真係好鮮甜鯷魚伴烤甜椒脆杯 真係外脆內軟 , 鯷魚醃得好軟嫩HOME MADE WAFFLES 件 WAFFLES 好脆配埋野莓汁好好味D 飲品都值得推介下好似Mojito 同 Lychee Martini 都值得一嚐下次一定會再約多幾個朋友去! 哈哈~因為好想試埋其他菜式

Came to this new restaurant with a friend upon the recommendation of a magazine.Quite impressed with the decor.There was only one table occupied apart from us.Things we ordered:1) Iberico ham2) Prawn and Pumpkin fritters3) 3 Cheese Mac4) Lamb skewers5) Steamed clams w/ chorizo5) Organic red wine BlesOverall, most of the dished we ordered were good. Slightly on the salted side which is usual of Spanish dishes.The iberico ham felt fresh and juicy despite being a preserved ham.Prawn and pumpkin fitters were good. A sweetness of the pumpkin stroke a good balance with the prawnsThe 3 cheese mac wasn't anything special, cheese was just ordinaryLamb skewers, well cooked and very tender.Clams were on the spicy side with the peppers and chorizo, good to go with drinksThe organic wine was called Bles, quite a thick bodied taste, not badWaiters were quite attentive, ?because there were only 2 tables. The only bad thing was that some flies appeared from no where after our food arrived, and took some time to shoo them away.There is also a cigar room connected to the restaurant.Will come again.!
