平時媽媽最鍾意行銅鑼灣崇光百貨，特別係地庫二樓嘅超級市場Freshmart，嗰度除咗有好多高質嘅日本食品同定期嘅主題推廣外，仲有一系列嘅專櫃美食，雪糕蛋糕飯團串燒日式燒餅麵包店咩都有，好多選擇。
今次佢就買咗依個神户牛肉批俾我食～外面係好多層鬆脆嘅牛油酥皮，勁香口；裏面嘅神户牛肉餡加咗洋葱，啖啖都有好香濃嘅牛味仲有少許肉汁，如果啲餡可以多啲就好喇！即場食唔到嘅建議喺屋企焗番嚟食，熱辣辣香噴噴咁食先係最正！

今日我嘅目標就係網傳Sogo超市人氣No.1嘅神戶牛肉批。
食完晚飯先落Sogo，加上宜家因應疫情而改收8點，落到去只喺得返完熟番茄牛肉批。
😔免治神戶牛肉同完熟番茄，番茄味濃郁，但又唔會蓋過神戶牛嘅味道，整體嘅味道好balance。
批皮好香脆。
有啲人覺得肉餡份量太少，我個人就認為適中喇。
今日行過去sogo度shopping， 咁見有啲肚餓咁我就試下呢一間出名食牛肉批嘅小店，咁我就叫咗個紅肉蘋果批，咁咬落去個批都幾鬆脆，不過蘋果肉就量少咗啲，同埋我覺得都唔算太過油膩，所以如果作為一啲晏晝high tea嘅小食，或者買返公司食，都ok嘅價錢就唔算太貴嘅，三十零蚊 。
最近疫情陰霾下，好少吃外面嘅嘢食難得今日Happy Friday，稍為放縱一下食啲零食解悶Sogo地庫的紅肉蘋果批（佢其實仲有牛肉批、甘薯批、栗子批等）都幾大個，直徑都有89cm同好厚身，睇得出佢啲批皮好厚$33等於正餐價錢喎，所以都幾大個一切開，批皮好似雪花咁四散我買咗唔係即食攤咗23個鐘，個皮都仲好脆，未有淋嘅跡象同埋佢好多層，好鬆化脆到啲皮彈晒出嚟勁重牛油香，但沒有油耗味嘅，個皮唔錯內餡就唔算多，好一般佢擺明唔係sell內涵因為蘋果粒冇特別，份量亦唔多亦唔似M記蘋果批咁jam狀，呢個亦冇加玉桂味係純粹有少少蘋果粒粒放入個批度我諗食呢個批，focus喺佢個皮好啲
