Traveling past this area for dinner again noticed a new shop has opened which stocks a Variety of Coffee Beans and Coffee Machines (Autos, Capsules or NonCommerical SemiAuto Machines). The Coffee Brands are interestingly sourced from a good mix of countries such as Italy, France, Indonesia, even Taiwan and Shanghai or good grade Blue Mountains, etc.Although I don't normally write about Individual Roaster Shops since they're well known or aren't really coffee shops and perhaps doesn't suit everybody, here, they sell mainly quite unique Commercial brands which consists ofat least 1020 varieties available good for your EXPLORATION! Its a very interesting store indeed, and there are plenty of other Coffee Related equipments on sale, including Thermometers, Jugs, Siphon Vacpot.The BOSS made me an Espresso onthefly on his Espresso Machine instantly It was the Shanghai based French Roaster's V. COFFEE Espresso Blend:(Colombia, Indonesian Mandheling, Panama, East Timor). Made from 100% Arabica Beans.It was a decent shot with a mild nose and slightly floral influence, backed by a decent body and syrupiness. Yet the perfectionist boss claimed himself that it could have been slightly better still, as he admitted he did not have time to adjust the Grinder and other Settings upon my sudden request for this freshly grinded shot.Seems like he knows his stuff and therefore, I would highly recommend you to try buy some coffees from here, and in the mean time ask for the Boss's advice on how to make a better Espresso and coffee for your own enjoyment!I will definitely come back one day to buy more stuff from here. Note that they don't sell actual Coffee Drinks here, but only the beans and assesories but feel free to ask for a demonstration from the lovely staff.
