Seemed that the craze for pancakes has passed. Got in with no waiting time!We ordered two pancakes, one with strawberries and one with bananas. Both tasted okay. The pancakes were quite fluffy. Liked the one with bananas more. The bananas were caramelized. Not too sweet. The portion was big enough for a girl. Wanna try the savoury pancake next time.

18 grams在銅鑼灣有兩間分店，這間在Times Square地庫的Citysuper裡面。
鋪頭不大，有四個座位，barista在bar臺裡操作。
咖啡選擇black / white都有，調味奶咖也有，有時會有冰滴咖啡供應，個人覺得這裡的𣲙滴咖啡香濃但偏苦小小，也許是當日咖啡豆的關係。
奶咖質素都不錯，和街對面的coffee corridor出品水準相若。
特別推薦這里的soy milk coffee，豆奶選得好，香濃且亳無豆腥味，更是目前為止本人試過的，唯一可以和咖啡搭配的soy milk。
問過店員，是Bonsoy牌的古法生機豆奶，貌似HKTVmall就有售。
當然店員沖咖啡的手勢也很不錯。
炎炎夏日逛商場累了在這裡小憩一下，嘆杯咖啡都不錯地。
🥤Americano $44以前飲咖啡淨係飲啲有幾甜得幾甜嘅 全部都飲糖水 latte冇糖覺得好怪 而家直情識得欣賞Americano呢種東西🥤無糖無奶 充滿咖啡嘅回甘☕️但又不及espresso苦澀😍喺又熱又眼訓嘅工作天飲返杯 又提神又解渴🧊💦係一種生活態度😌
今日晚飯後行經時代廣場，想找個地方坐坐飲杯飲杯咖啡，唔係美式咖啡，又唔想走得遠，於是行入City Super，見到有間咖啡店在角落，於是就叫咗兩杯冰滴，同朋友喺超級市場隔離嘅枱櫈Hea咗一陣。
包裝好吸引，見到其實係好開心嘅，覺得自己好似喺度飲緊酒咁。
味道倒沒有什麼，但係咖啡師就真係唔係好了解自己公司嘅產品。
我問佢係用乜嘢豆，佢都答唔出，只係話啲豆係佢哋自己blend。
買$60一杯咖啡嘅客人很多時候都會比較着重自己買的是什麼，而「自己blend」明顯符合唔到想要嘅答案。
有時真係想知道自己飲緊啲乜，作為一間精品咖啡店答唔出呢個問題，我就會評為不合格了。
我好鍾意食pancake，尤其是日本style嘅蘇菲pancake. So naturally, I was really looking forward to try out gram cafe. So much hype after reading the reviews, it’s a franchise from Japan... and so forth. So much HOPE that the gram cafe pancakes were stairways to heaven. Well... in reality, HOPE is in fact the first step of disappointment. Gram cafe most certainly proved this point. 首先，要食佢招牌pancake，要定時11時或下午三時先有得食。
冇辦法，鬼叫我自己去之前冇睇清楚，咁就即管試吓食佢啲savory pancake。
我朋友唔鍾意食煙肉，想佢玩條腸，佢話一定唔得除非加錢。
已經覺得冇癮。
叫咗個三文魚avocado pancake. 幾塊pancake，每塊上面只有叮咁細嘅三文魚，同仲更加細嘅avocado. 同佢Menu上邊張相爭得好遠。
D pancake仲要硬骨骨，一啲都唔覺得佢係新鮮。
唔緊要啦，諗住都要試吓。
不過咁少餸同pancake食，真係好難食到。
就好似叫咗一碗白飯，上面只有半塊紫菜，跟住叫你啃咗佢咁。
問佢可唔可以俾啲Syrup或者其他醬去送個pancake食等佢唔好咁寡味，佢話唔得除非加錢。
仲有佢啲沙律，啲葉一啲都唔新鮮，菌晒黃邊。
去之前睇review, 好多人話佢嘅pancake絕對好味，意外收穫等等... but I’m sorry, if I agree with you, then we’d both be wrong.
